Shopper behaviour, mobile shopping technology and the consumer of the future will be among the subjects under debate in a programme that promises to introduce innovatory new ideas alongside the latest thinking on fundamental ECR issues and practices.Building on the increasingly interactive nature of the Forum, delegates will for the first time also be able to take part in a matchmaking programme. This will put exhibitors and delegates in touch with each other through a networking zone provided by ECR, enabling participants who wish to meet to do so face to face. The matchmaking programme is expected to consolidate the Forum’s reputation as the foremost networking event in the FMCG industry’s calendar. Other networking opportunities will include a reception hosted by the ECR Europe Board as well as other informal events in the Marketplace. The 13th annual Forum marks a return to the ICC (Internationales Congress Centrum) in Berlin, one of Europe’s best-equipped conference venues. The event was previously held there in 2003, when well over 2,000 delegates attended.
