The deal will allow Ampacet to sell its masterbatch range to an untapped market segment at the same time as it reinforces its presence in the European masterbatch market. Albis Plastic is specialized in the distribution and compounding of engineering resins in Europe, which will enable Ampacet to sell its product brand into a market segment that requires a great level of flexibility. In spite of this agreement Ampacet will continue to directly serve the aforementioned countries, invest in new technologies and strengthen its resources. Ampacet has an annual capacity of over 400,000 tons. And its EMEA headquarters is located in Luxembourg.
