After 11 years of successful service, Stefan Müller-Arends (50) leaves Mauser for personal reasons in order to take up new challenges. Stefan Müller-Arends will be replaced by Dr. Clemens Willée (46) as Chief Executive Officer.
Willée has held various senior management positions both within BASF, where he spent almost 12 years, and with Dystar, a spinoff of the chemical groups Hoechst, Bayer and BASF, where he spent 6 years, including 2 years as Chief Executive Officer. Most recently Dr. Willée headed BASF’s global Styrenics business. Dr. Willée’s management experience will be invaluable in the further development of Mauser as he leads its strategic drive towards continued international expansion and operating excellence. The Mauser Group (DIC Private Equity - Dubai International Capital LLC) is a producer of industrial packaging with approximatly 4,000 employees and consolidated revenues of 1 billion Euros. It operates more than 50 production facilities across Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia.
