Pre-assembled packaging adapts to drug launches

Faller Packaging’s PrePackaging service focuses on the development of pre-assembled, ready-to-use, recyclable carton packaging, perfectly tailored to the product (vials, syringes, medical devices) and meeting specific pharmaceutical requirements, to address the challenges of introducing new drugs.

The goal is to reduce the time between approval and launch, while also minimizing investment risks in packaging capacities. Faller Packaging can handcraft small quantities or complex designs. In collaboration with Schubert Pharma, the Seamless Packaging service, which includes PrePackaging, enables a smooth transition from manual to semi-automatic and fully automated packaging, ensuring rapid and large-scale production deployment.
