Emanuele and Riccardo Concetti appointed CEOs of Concetti

After more than a century of history and fifty years of innovation in the packaging machinery sector, Concetti announces a new phase in its growth journey, marked by a governance transition. With the designation of Emanuele and Riccardo Concetti as Chief Executive Officers, the fourth generation of the family reaffirms its commitment to leading the company.

Emanuele and Riccardo Concetti will lead the business with an increasingly strong focus on technological innovation, digitalization, and sustainable development. Alongside them, Francesco Concetti, Member of the Board of Directors and Operations Director, will ensure operational continuity and strategic alignment across the processes. The fundamental contribution of Teodoro and Giuseppe Concetti, the company’s founders – now Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, respectively – also continues.

“Innovation has always been at the heart of our solutions: technology and reliability must go hand in hand,” stated Emanuele Concetti.

Concetti is highly export-oriented, with revenues of €60 million in 2025, over 80% of which generated outside Italy. The company serves more than 1,500 clients across 60 countries worldwide, with a manufacturing headquarters in Umbria (Italy) and international offices in the States, Brazil, and Australia.

“Our goal is to make Concetti even more global, delivering solutions that truly make a difference for our customers,” said Riccardo Concetti.

Developing and delivering advanced and solutions for weighing, bagging, and palletizing, the company is also strengthening its path toward sustainability, increasingly integrating environmental responsibility into both its production processes and its offering.
