SWITZERLAND: New complexed film 100% recyclable and high barrier

The Swiss groupe BBC Cellpack Packaging launches CELLRoll Lidding, the complexed 100% recyclable film with high barrier properties designed to be adaptable to current packaging machines and polypropylene or mono A-PET trays.

Developed for delicatessen items and hard cheeses, it provides optimum product protection against oxidation and dampness for an extended shelf life. The new packaging using less plastic complies in all respects with European Commission requirements as regards the recycling of plastic packaging by 2030. Beginning 2019, BBC Cellpack Packaging announced the arrival of CELLPouch, the recyclable and high barrier stand-up pouch, adapted to baby food as to cosmetics, with fully customisation options. The product portfolio also includes the CELLWax, wax-coated packaging, adapted to both confectionery and cheese.
