Designed for the Wine & Spirits industry, this innovative solution SH6020-W PLUS developed by Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives offers two distinct benefits from a single, reliable adhesive platform: permanent adhesion throughout the product’s entire lifecycle and support for bottle reuse and glass recycling processes.

For wine & spirits brands, labels are becoming a key factor in packaging compliance, recyclability performance, operational efficiency and future market access. Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives responds to this evolution with SH6020-W PLUS, the first premium labelling solution on the market combining permanent and wash-off performance within a single adhesive platform. This innovative solution is developed to help converters, designers and brand owners prepare for emerging requirements without changing the performance they already trust.

Built on the proven SH6020 PLUS adhesive technology, SH6020-W PLUS delivers the same premium adhesion and reliability throughout the product lifecycle, while enabling clean label removal during industrial washing processes. In addition, it demonstrates strong performance in glass recycling, further supporting end-of-life circularity. The adhesive formulation remains unchanged; no new validation is required for customers who are already using SH6020 PLUS. This evolution expands Fedrigoni’s Wine Wash-off Portfolio and provides greater flexibility for future packaging requirements.

The innovation offers two distinct benefits from one reliable adhesive platform: permanent product lifecycle adhesion for a flawless shelf appearance, and support for bottle reuse and high-quality glass recycling. SH6020-W PLUS acts as a bridge between today’s recyclability expectations and tomorrow’s potential reuse and refill schemes. The result is a more agile portfolio, easier international deployment and a packaging strategy aligned with future regulatory developments.

For designers, SH6020-W PLUS means creative freedom without material limitations. Design teams can develop high-quality packaging concepts with the confidence that they already align with emerging circularity requirements, working with a single specification that meets both current and future market expectations.

Great flexibility and efficiency also for printers and converters. A single adhesive platform can support multiple customer requirements while maintaining proven converting performance. The solution helps reduce complexity, avoid duplicate inventories and respond to increasing demand for circular packaging solutions without changing established production processes.
