Filling machine for liquid or semi-liquid products

Premia WS filler developed by Technibag is designed to meet filling needs of liquid or semi-liquid products (jam, milk, dairy creams, edible oils, egg products, fruit juices…) in flexible bags (BIB, Pouch).
It allows high speeds, up to 540 bags of 3L/h as well as an easy management of bag or recipe changes. In Web mode, it operates automatically without any manual bag insertion. The patented cutting tool provides productivity and comfort increases. A stainless-steel conveyor can be fitted under the roller work surface to ease the packing in the box. Premia WS can be equipped with a laminar flow hood for even greater food safety during filling.
