PPWR-compliant airless dispenser

Amcor is innovating with Magic One, an airless dispenser based on a single-engine concept to deliver doses from 0.3 to 1 ml.

This approach simplifies adaptation across different formats, accelerates time-to-market, and reduces validation costs by requiring only one set of tests for all variants. Designed to meet the EU’s PPWR regulation, Magic One is made from 100% polyolefin, ensuring recyclability where appropriate infrastructure exists. It also achieves a 96% evacuation rate, in line with regulatory requirements. Up to 9% lighter than comparable solutions and incorporating recycled polymers via Amcor’s CleanStream® technology, it combines performance, sustainability, and industrial efficiency.
