Faller Packaging announces that the Imker Group has joined the Faller Packaging Group as an additional shareholder. The completion of the transaction is subject to the necessary regulatory approvals.

With the entry of the Imker Group, Faller Packaging gains a long-term partner who will support the sustainable development of the group of companies. The partnership strengthens the Faller Group on an independent and financially stable basis and creates the conditions for the consistent implementation of its organic and inorganic growth strategy. The aim is to continue pursuing the group’s operational and strategic goals and to secure and expand its leading market position in the field of pharmaceutical and healthcare secondary packaging in the long term.

“We are very pleased about the partnership with the Imker Group. It underlines the confidence in our course and gives us additional strength to further develop Faller Packaging on a solid, independent basis in the long term,” said Dagmar Schmidt, CEO of Faller Packaging.

The Imker Group is a European family office and provides long-term support to medium-sized companies in their strategic development. With Imker’s entry, Faller Packaging is consistently continuing on its chosen path for the future.
