Avec toutes les contraintes techniques que cela implique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des films plus fins pour consommer moins<\/strong><br \/>\nDans un march\u00e9 de l\u2019emballage tertiaire o\u00f9 l\u2019heure est \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9conomie de mati\u00e8re, le film de banderolage encore appel\u00e9 film \u00e9tirable s\u00e9duit chaque jour davantage. Amorc\u00e9e il y a quatre ans, la mutation s\u2019est faite au d\u00e9triment de la gaine r\u00e9tractable, jusqu\u2019alors tr\u00e8s r\u00e9pandue car abordable et n\u00e9cessitant peu d\u2019investissement. \u00abLa transition a \u00e9t\u00e9 port\u00e9e par les grands faiseurs de l\u2019industrie agroalimentaire, et plus particuli\u00e8rement les acteurs de la boisson. Lorsque de grands groupes comme Cristaline, Danone ou Nestl\u00e9 op\u00e8rent 160 palettes par heure, un gain d\u2019une centaine de grammes de plastique par palette commence \u00e0 devenir plus qu\u2019int\u00e9ressant\u00bb, observe Olivier Pochon, directeur des ventes industrie du groupe Barbier. A titre de comparaison, une palette peut consommer entre 800 g et 1 kg de plastique pour une gaine r\u00e9tractable, d\u2019une \u00e9paisseur moyenne de 100-110 microns, contre 300 \u00e0 450 g de plastique pour un film \u00e9tirable d\u2019une \u00e9paisseur de 23 microns. \u00abOn estime en moyenne que le film \u00e9tirable permet une \u00e9conomie de 50% de consommable plastique par an, un atout non n\u00e9gligeable, tant sur le plan financier qu\u2019environnemental\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise le repr\u00e9sentant du groupe Barbier. Si le fabricant propose une large panoplie de technologies pour le secteur de l\u2019emballage tertiaire (gamme Barflex (gaine \u00e9tirable \u00e0 froid); Barcover (gaine r\u00e9tractable) et Barstretch (film \u00e9tirable)), c\u2019est sur le film \u00e9tirable que le groupe a plus particuli\u00e8rement investi ses efforts R&amp;D.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/dotclear\/images\/2020\/REVUE\/av\/04_20_tertiaire2.jpg\" alt=\"Texte Alternatif\" style=\"float:right; margin: 0 0 1em 1em;\" \/>\u00abAu m\u00eame titre que les machines de banderolage se sont bien am\u00e9lior\u00e9es, les films \u00e9tirablesse sont perfectionn\u00e9s pour devenir de plus en plus techniques. Sur un film XT \u00e0 fort \u00e9tirage par exemple, qualit\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e par les grands de la boisson, les machines de banderolagepeuvent appliquer une force d\u2019\u00e9tirement allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 300-400% avec un contr\u00f4le optimal des tensions, contre il y a peu 150-200%, pour obtenir une \u00e9paisseur r\u00e9siduelle de 5-6 microns. Ces films ont aussi gagn\u00e9 en r\u00e9sistance gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un travail de formulation des r\u00e9sines, ils int\u00e8grent d\u00e9sormais 9 couches contre 5 auparavant\u00bb, d\u00e9taille Olivier Pochon.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/dotclear\/images\/2020\/REVUE\/av\/04_20_tertiaire3.jpg\" alt=\"Texte Alternatif\" style=\"float:left; margin: 0 1em 1em 0;\" \/>Le prochain challenge et non des moindres sera de parvenir \u00e0 conserver ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s techniques tout en int\u00e9grant de la mati\u00e8re r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e, \u00e0 hauteur de 40 \u00e0 70%. \u00abCela n\u2019est pas sans surco\u00fbt \u00e0 ces pourcentages car cela impacte les couches fonctions du film, mais reste techniquement r\u00e9alisable. En tout cas, la demande est croissante et nous incitons nos clients d\u00e8s \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 anticiper cette transition, afin d\u2019\u00eatre pr\u00eats lors de la mise en place de la future REP sur les d\u00e9chets industriels et commerciaux pr\u00e9vue \u00e0 horizon 2022\u00bb, explique le directeur des ventes industrie. Le fabricant a d\u2019ailleurs r\u00e9cemment d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour le groupe Raja un film \u00e9tirable manuel recycl\u00e9 \u00e0 80%, compos\u00e9 de 30% de film PCR et de 50% de scrab de production. Il est utilis\u00e9 dans les proc\u00e9dures de \u00abpalettisation\u00bb et permet de maintenir et s\u00e9curiser les marchandises en les prot\u00e9geant de la poussi\u00e8re, des intemp\u00e9ries et de la lumi\u00e8re, que ce soit dans l\u2019entrep\u00f4t, en atelier, ou durant l\u2019exp\u00e9dition. Sa performance \u00e9co-responsable du produit n\u2019alt\u00e8re en rien ses caract\u00e9ristiques m\u00e9caniques de r\u00e9sistance et d\u2019\u00e9tirabilit\u00e9.
