Des composants 3D con\u00e7us num\u00e9riquement sont d\u00e9sormais utilis\u00e9s dans chacune de ses lignes TLM et ouvrent de nouvelles perspectives. Tout le challenge consiste \u00e0 savoir dans quelle mesure et pour quelles pi\u00e8ces de machine, l\u2019impression 3D est int\u00e9ressante et \u00e9conomiquement viable. \u00abCette technologie nous offre des libert\u00e9s de conception jusqu\u2019ici impensables. Aujourd\u2019hui, nous sommes en mesure de produire en une seule pi\u00e8ce des outils pr\u00e9cis, adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 des formes de produits fragiles et complexes, sans avoir besoin de nombreux composants individuels et vis de fixation. Les composants en plastique obtenus en impression 3D \u00e9pousent mieux les formes et sont plus l\u00e9gers que leurs anciens homologues m\u00e9talliques, tout en restant aussi robustes\u00bb, explique Marcus Schindler, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Schubert Additive Solutions. En cr\u00e9ant des outils de forme optimale et certifi\u00e9s food contact, l\u2019impression 3D apporte de la pr\u00e9cision aux outils n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la manipulation des produits alimentaires fragiles par exemple.<\/p>\n<p>Hormis la libert\u00e9 de conception, la fabrication additive offre un gain de temps consid\u00e9rable et favorise une production agile. \u00abNous pouvons r\u00e9agir aux nouveaux produits et aux modifications des exigences de nos clients en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emballage dans des d\u00e9lais tr\u00e8s courts et de mani\u00e8re flexible\u00bb, explique Marcus Schindler. Schubert peut ainsi franchir une nouvelle \u00e9tape de gestion du stock \u00ab\u00e0 la demande\u00bb. En effet, les donn\u00e9es \u00e9lectroniques de conception peuvent \u00eatre extraites depuis une infrastructure cloud en quelques secondes, partout dans le monde. Un tel acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des donn\u00e9es d\u2019impression test\u00e9es et certifi\u00e9es est maintenant rendu possible par Schubert Additive Solutions gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa nouvelle plate-forme num\u00e9rique de streaming de pi\u00e8ces. \u00abSur demande, nous sommes \u00e9galement en mesure de fournir \u00e0 nos clients une imprimante 3D qu\u2019ils pourront utiliser pour produire leurs propres pi\u00e8ces de format\u00bb, explique le fabricant. Pour prot\u00e9ger le transfert des donn\u00e9es de toute cyberattaque, Schubert propose une connexion s\u00e9curis\u00e9e entre l\u2019imprimante du r\u00e9seau d\u2019entreprise et sa plateforme GS.Gate.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/dotclear\/images\/2020\/REVUE\/av\/04_20_alim_mt2.jpg\" alt=\"Texte Alternatif\" style=\"float:right; margin: 0 0 1em 1em;\" \/>Pi\u00e8ces de rechange, outils et moyens d\u2019exploitation stock\u00e9s num\u00e9riquement sont r\u00e9pertori\u00e9s sur la plate-forme de streaming de pi\u00e8ces pour la commande d\u2019impression et ainsi une mise \u00e0 disposition imm\u00e9diate. Ce process \u00e9vite tout risque de dommage lors du transport logistique des pi\u00e8ces. La gestion du stock chez le client est d\u00e9sormais limit\u00e9e au mat\u00e9riel d\u2019impression, ce qui lib\u00e8re le capital immobilis\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent pour d\u2019autres investissements. \u00abLa plate-forme Schubert est absolument transparente en termes de co\u00fbts pour nos clients et offre \u00e9galement une qualit\u00e9 reproductible combin\u00e9e \u00e0 une grande s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es\u00bb, ajoute le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. En plus des simples pi\u00e8ces de rechange et d\u2019usure, les outils de robots les plus divers peuvent \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9s via la plate-forme de streaming de pi\u00e8ces.<br \/>\nSchubert compte \u00e0 son actif plus de 100 000 pi\u00e8ces produites par impression 3D, dont 30 000 unit\u00e9s en 2019.
