{"id":22396,"date":"2020-09-10T09:35:49","date_gmt":"2020-09-10T09:35:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/?p=22396"},"modified":"2020-09-10T09:35:49","modified_gmt":"2020-09-10T09:35:49","slug":"nouveau-procede-de-recyclage-par-depolymerisation-des-dechets-pet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/en\/nouveau-procede-de-recyclage-par-depolymerisation-des-dechets-pet\/","title":{"rendered":"Nouveau proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de recyclage par d\u00e9polym\u00e9risation des d\u00e9chets PET"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Trois acteurs, Axens, Ifpen et Jeplan annoncent avoir sign\u00e9 un accord de d\u00e9veloppement et de commercialisation afin de mettre au point, d\u00e9montrer et commercialiser un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 innovant de recyclage de PET par d\u00e9polym\u00e9risation pour tous les types de d\u00e9chets \u00e0 base de PET, y compris les bouteilles, les films, les barquettes ou le textile (polyester).<\/p>\n<p>Ce nouveau proc\u00e9d\u00e9, Rewind\u2122 PET, implique une d\u00e9polym\u00e9risation optimis\u00e9e du PET par glycolyse associ\u00e9e \u00e0 des \u00e9tapes de purification sp\u00e9cifiques visant \u00e0 \u00e9liminer tous les compos\u00e9s organiques et inorganiques pr\u00e9sents dans les d\u00e9chets de PET. <\/p>\n<p>Le produit est un monom\u00e8re, le BHET (Bis (2-HydroxyEthyl) T\u00e9r\u00e9phtalate), purifi\u00e9, pr\u00eat \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans une usine de PET pour produire \u00e0 nouveau tout type de PET, des fibres aux r\u00e9sines de qualit\u00e9 alimentaire.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce projet, Jeplan a op\u00e9r\u00e9 la toute premi\u00e8re usine industrielle de recyclage chimique de bouteilles en PET, Pet Refine Technology (PRT: 22 kt\/an), au Japon. En 2018, Jeplan y a \u00e9galement d\u00e9marr\u00e9 une usine de d\u00e9monstration de 2 kt\/an, Kitakyushu Hibikinada Plant (KHP), visant le recyclage de textile vers textile. <\/p>\n<p>Au cours des six derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, Ifpen et Axens ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 capable de recycler et de transformer des bouteilles en PET color\u00e9es et opaques en PET transparent de qualit\u00e9 alimentaire.
