{"id":22536,"date":"2020-10-30T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-10-30T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/?p=22536"},"modified":"2020-11-09T10:13:17","modified_gmt":"2020-11-09T10:13:17","slug":"un-plan-de-relance-pour-la-filiere-parfumerie-cosmetique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/en\/un-plan-de-relance-pour-la-filiere-parfumerie-cosmetique\/","title":{"rendered":"Un plan de relance pour la fili\u00e8re parfumerie-cosm\u00e9tique"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Faisant \u00e9cho au salon e-Cosmetic 360 qui s\u2019est tenu pour la premi\u00e8re fois dans un format virtuel les 12 et 13 octobre dernier (110 exposants, 21 800 interactions), la Cosmetic Valley a r\u00e9uni les acteurs de la fili\u00e8re cosm\u00e9tique\/parfumerie lors de ses Etats G\u00e9n\u00e9raux le jeudi 15 octobre \u00e0 Paris.<\/p>\n<p>Un rendez-vous qui se voulait l\u2019aboutissement de plusieurs mois d\u2019\u00e9changes entre les industriels, le p\u00f4le de comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 et la FEBEA pour envisager collectivement une reprise efficace et durable du secteur, chamboul\u00e9 comme l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019\u00e9conomie fran\u00e7aise et mondiale par la pand\u00e9mie \u00e0 la COVID-19. A l\u2019issue de ce travail de consultation et de co-construction men\u00e9 depuis le 1e juin dernier, un plan de 30 mesures phares ont \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9es pour consolider un plan de relance \u00e9conomique national. Parmi elles, le packaging n\u2019est pas en reste. La fili\u00e8re pr\u00e9conise de d\u00e9ployer plus largement la m\u00e9thodologie SPICE (Sustainable Packaging Initiative for Cosmetics), lanc\u00e9e par L\u2019Or\u00e9al et Quantis en 2018, pour favoriser l\u2019\u00e9co-conception et l\u2019\u00e9valuation environnementale des emballages cosm\u00e9tiques avec la mise \u00e0 disposition du nouvel outil SPICE TOOL.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/dotclear\/images\/2020\/REVUE\/oct\/10_20_actupack2.jpg\" alt=\"Texte Alternatif\" style=\"float:right; margin: 0 0 1em 1em;\" \/>Autre priorit\u00e9&nbsp;: contribuer \u00e0 atteindre l\u2019objectif gouvernemental de 100% d\u2019emballages plastiques recyclables en 2025 par la modification des emballages et l\u2019incorporation de plastique recycl\u00e9. Pour ce faire, il est n\u00e9cessaire de d\u00e9velopper une approche de validation de la qualit\u00e9 des plastiques recycl\u00e9s destin\u00e9s aux emballages cosm\u00e9tiques&nbsp;; d\u00e9finir une liste positive de mati\u00e8re plastique utilisable pour le recyclage par l\u2019industrie et qui ne soit pas en concurrence avec d\u2019autres fili\u00e8res comme l\u2019alimentaire pour garantir les approvisionnements&nbsp;; \u00e9tablir un r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel sur le recyclage des emballages plastique en cosm\u00e9tique en France qui sera ensuite d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 dans toute l\u2019Europe&nbsp;; d\u00e9velopper la recyclabilit\u00e9 de ces emballages via une adaptation de l\u2019outil industriel fran\u00e7ais. La m\u00e9thodologie propos\u00e9e pour atteindre ces objectifs d\u2019incorporation appelle des financements estim\u00e9s \u00e0 200 000 euros. Des investissements additionnels, \u00e0 hauteur de 5 millions d\u2019euros, seront ensuite n\u00e9cessaires pour valider la qualit\u00e9 des lots de mati\u00e8res recycl\u00e9es \u00e0 incorporer (estim\u00e9 \u00e0 5 millions d\u2019euros). \u00c0 terme, la modification des process de fabrication devrait n\u00e9cessiter 20 millions d\u2019euros sur 5 ans.<\/p>\n<p><em>Extrait de la revue n\u00b0 651 &#8211; Octobre 2020.
