Depuis juillet dernier, apr\u00e8s 43 ans pass\u00e9s \u00e0 la t\u00eate de Heinz Glas, Carl-August Heinz a laiss\u00e9 les rennes du groupe \u00e0 sa fille Carletta Heinz.<\/p>\n<p>Et les challenges auxquels elle doit faire face sont nombreux&nbsp;: am\u00e9liorer l\u2019empreinte carbone de ses sites de production tout en poursuivant le d\u00e9veloppement de produits \u00e0 la fois innovants et de plus en plus durables. \u00abNous venons d\u2019investir dans un four \u00e9lectrique sur notre site de Kleintettau, qui devrait \u00eatre op\u00e9rationnel d\u00e9but 2021. Il vient remplacer un ancien four \u00e9lectrique en fin de vie. C\u2019\u00e9tait l\u2019occasion d\u2019\u00e9quiper notre site avec un four hybride plus flexible et eco-friendly capable d\u2019accepter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 50% de calcin PCR tout en \u00e9tant moins \u00e9nergivore. Aliment\u00e9 par des ressources \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques renouvelables, le four est totalement neutre en \u00e9mission carbone\u00bb, explique Carletta Heinz. Kleintettau n\u2019est pas le seul site \u00e0 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des investissements du groupe verrier. En 2019, l\u2019usine polonaise de Dzialdowo, pr\u00e8s de Varsovie, a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9quip\u00e9e d\u2019un nouveau four pour la production de verre blanc, d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 de 140 tonnes par jour. Le site est d\u2019ailleurs l\u2019un des rares \u00e0 \u00eatre dot\u00e9 de lignes de fabrication de verre opale, un produit technique pour des march\u00e9s de niche. \u00abDepuis 10 ans, notre ratio d\u2019investissement est en moyenne de 14%, ce qui nous permet de construire de nouveaux sites ou moderniser ceux d\u00e9j\u00e0 existants. C\u2019est la force de notre groupe familial ind\u00e9pendant qui ma\u00eetrise totalement ses finances\u00bb, ajoute la pdg de Heinz Glas.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/dotclear\/images\/2020\/REVUE\/nov\/11_20_cosmetopack3.jpg\" alt=\"Texte Alternatif\" style=\"float:right; margin: 0 0 1em 1em;\" \/>Fort de 3200 employ\u00e9s et pr\u00e9sent au travers de 16 sites dans 13 pays dans le monde, le verrier allemand peut compter sur ses 5 usines de production, ses 7 fours et 27 lignes de production pour sortir 542 tonnes de verre par jour. Si la conjoncture \u00e9conomique li\u00e9e \u00e0 la crise sanitaire engendr\u00e9e par la Covid-19 a particuli\u00e8rement impact\u00e9e le secteur de la cosm\u00e9tique\/parfumerie de luxe, Heinz Glas se dit confiant. \u00abGr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre division Heinz Plastics, nous sommes capables d\u2019offrir un produit complet de fa\u00e7on tr\u00e8s r\u00e9active. Si en Europe, la reprise \u00e9conomique est plus lente, la Chine a d\u00e9j\u00e0 retrouv\u00e9 des points de croissance. Nous y pr\u00e9voyons d\u2019ailleurs la construction d\u2019un autre site de production en Chine qui devrait voir le jour au premier trimestre 2022 et ainsi r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une forte progression du segment du skincare sur ce march\u00e9\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/dotclear\/images\/2020\/REVUE\/nov\/11_20_cosmetopack4.jpg\" alt=\"Texte Alternatif\" style=\"float:left; margin: 0 1em 1em 0;\" \/>C\u00f4t\u00e9 produits, le verrier poursuit la promotion de son concept MultiGen d\u00e9voil\u00e9 au dernier salon Luxe Pack Monaco 2019 (voir Emballage Digest N\u00b0647 Avril 2020, p.15). Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cinq finitions ou choix mat\u00e9riaux diff\u00e9rents, les marques peuvent choisir sur quel levier optimiser l\u2019impact environnemental de son emballage. \u00abInt\u00e9grer 10% de verre PCR ne r\u00e9duit que de 3% la quantit\u00e9 de CO2 consomm\u00e9, contre 68% en choisissant de passer \u00e0 un four \u00e9lectrique fonctionnant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9nergie verte par exemple. C\u2019est en agissant sur plusieurs param\u00e8tres que le client peut r\u00e9duire, le plus efficacement, l\u2019empreinte carbone de son produit\u00bb, d\u00e9taille Thomas Eidloth, responsable d\u00e9veloppement durable du groupe. Autre enjeu majeur&nbsp;: la question de l\u2019all\u00e9gement du verre. Fruit du concept MutliGen, le flacon Victora \u00e9t\u00e9 deux fois prim\u00e9 pour son \u00e9co-conception par le German Packaging Award en 2019 et le WordStar Packaging Award en 2020. Les \u00e9quipes ont r\u00e9ussi le tour de force de passer d\u2019un flacon 100 ml pesant 230 g \u00e0 une version all\u00e9g\u00e9e de 83 g pour la m\u00eame contenance, soit un gain de 67% de CO2. En parall\u00e8le, Heinz Glas poursuit le d\u00e9veloppement de nouvelles innovations flacons. A l\u2019instar de FaceTalk, qui par son design original, s\u2019inspire du langage corporel, ses arr\u00eates \u00e9voquent les traits d\u2019un visage&nbsp;; Amaze\u2019n\u2019Gaze, un flacon offrant en son sein une ouverture \u00e0 la forme totalement personnalisable o\u00f9 la marque peut y ajouter un \u00e9l\u00e9ments de d\u00e9coration ou un accessoire&nbsp;; TimeSquare, un flacon rechargeable digital arborant sur l\u2019une de ses faces un \u00e9cran LCD sur lequel les marques pourront projeter tous types de messages \u00e9crits ou vid\u00e9os&nbsp;; ou encore SmartGlass, une technique de d\u00e9coration interactive du flacon puisqu\u2019un simple scan du d\u00e9cor via une application invite le consommateur \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir l\u2019univers de marque au travers de supports digitaux. \u00abNos clients sont certes de plus en plus conscients de l\u2019importance de l\u2019\u00e9co-conception de leurs produits mais nous n\u2019oublions pas que l\u2019univers de la parfumerie de luxe a besoin \u00e9galement de concepts diff\u00e9renciants et novateurs pour offrir aux consommateurs une exp\u00e9rience in\u00e9dite marquante\u00bb, conclut Oliver Kober, directeur monde de l\u2019innovation design et du support technico-commercial.<\/p>\n<p><em>Extrait de la revue n\u00b0 652 &#8211; Novembre 2020.
