Des chiffres qui font du fabricant un leader du tube sur le march\u00e9 am\u00e9ricain. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/dotclear\/images\/2021\/REVUE\/av\/04_21_cosmetopack2.jpg\" alt=\"Texte Alternatif\" style=\"float:right; margin: 0 0 1em 1em;\" \/>\u00abEn privil\u00e9giant le \u00abMade in America\u00bb, nous mettons en avant l\u2019importance de la durabilit\u00e9 dans notre activit\u00e9. La durabilit\u00e9 ne se limite pas \u00e0 la fabrication du produit, elle concerne \u00e9galement les cha\u00eenes d&rsquo;approvisionnement courtes et l&rsquo;analyse du cycle de vie complet. Agir localement nous aide \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le trafic maritime et les \u00e9missions qui en r\u00e9sultent\u00bb, commente Kristina Christensen, Vice-Pr\u00e9sidente des Ventes de Tubes America. Pour rester comp\u00e9titif sur le march\u00e9 local, Alb\u00e9a a investi ces deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es environ 40 millions de dollars pour moderniser ses installations et \u00e9quipements. Le maillage ainsi construit entre les diff\u00e9rentes usines et centres R&amp;D sur le sol am\u00e9ricain permet au groupe de r\u00e9pondre efficacement aux besoins de la c\u00f4te ouest, du Midwest et du Nord-Est, ainsi que des clients au Mexique. C\u00f4t\u00e9 innovation, le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019emballages toujours plus responsables reste le leitmotiv du fabricant. Toujours sur le march\u00e9 des tubes, Alb\u00e9a s\u2019est d\u00e9marqu\u00e9 par plusieurs lancements&nbsp;: un tube haute performance r\u00e9alis\u00e9, en partenariat avec Sabic \u00e0 partir de PP et de PE circulaires certifi\u00e9s pour Est\u00e9e Lauder Companies&nbsp;; la reconnaissance du tube Greenleaf par l\u2019Association of Plastic Recyclers aux Etats-Unis et Suez.CircPack en Europe de sa recyclabilit\u00e9 dans le cadre de fili\u00e8re de recyclage du PEHD ou encore la commercialisation pour La Roche Posay d\u2019un tube de cr\u00e8me solaire r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en partie en carton, r\u00e9duisant la part de plastique de 45% par rapport \u00e0 un \u00e9quivalent du march\u00e9 tout plastique.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/dotclear\/images\/2021\/REVUE\/av\/04_21_cosmetopack3.jpg\" alt=\"Texte Alternatif\" style=\"float:left; margin: 0 1em 1em 0;\" \/>Autre site d\u2019importance pour Alb\u00e9a US, l\u2019usine de Matamoros \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re mexicaine, est quant \u00e0 elle, davantage d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la fabrication de produits de maquillage (mascaras, lipgloss, rouges \u00e0 l\u00e8vres, etc.) et de soins. L\u00e0 aussi, des investissements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment r\u00e9alis\u00e9s. Tout d\u2019abord pour se diversifier vers une offre d\u2019emballages capillaires. L\u2019usine est d\u00e9sormais capable de fabriquer pots, flacons, bouchons ainsi que leur d\u00e9coration. <br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/dotclear\/images\/2021\/REVUE\/av\/04_21_cosmetopack4.jpg\" alt=\"Texte Alternatif\" style=\"float:right; margin: 0 0 1em 1em;\" \/>C\u00f4t\u00e9 finition, le site de Matamoros s\u2019est r\u00e9cemment \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019une nouvelle ligne de m\u00e9tallisation. \u00abCette acquisition d\u2019un montant de 3 M$, nous permet de doubler notre capacit\u00e9 (200 pi\u00e8ces par heure), tout en offrant \u00e0 nos op\u00e9rateurs un outil plus s\u00fbr puisque le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 fait appel \u00e0 des laques sur base aqueuse \u00e0 la teneur r\u00e9duite en solvants, ce qui diminue les \u00e9missions de COV de 30 \u00e0 50%\u00bb, indique Carlos Rubio, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Matamoros.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/dotclear\/images\/2021\/REVUE\/av\/04_21_cosmetopack5.jpg\" alt=\"Texte Alternatif\" style=\"float:left; margin: 0 1em 1em 0;\" \/>Alb\u00e9a US compl\u00e8te son offre en s\u2019appuyant sur le savoir-faire d\u2019Orchard Custom Beauty, entreprise canadienne rachet\u00e9e d\u00e9but 2000 simultan\u00e9ment avec Fasten pour cr\u00e9er la nouvelle entit\u00e9 IBG, en remplacement \u00e0 Alb\u00e9a Beauty Solutions. Le fabricant renforce ainsi son offre de solutions cl\u00e9s en main pour les cosm\u00e9tiques, la beaut\u00e9, les articles de toilette et les accessoires en marque blanche. Et peut compter sur la r\u00e9activit\u00e9 d\u2019Orchard. \u00abNous avons su cr\u00e9er, en l\u2019espace de 30 ans, un r\u00e9seau unique qui nous permet de g\u00e9rer des projets avec des d\u00e9lais tr\u00e8s courts \u2013 comme la fourniture d&rsquo;un mascara en 13 semaines. 70% de nos projets sans formule sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s en seulement trois mois\u00bb, commente Jennifer Raphael, pr\u00e9sidente d\u2019Orchard Custom Beauty.
