With its three production facilities in Austria, Hungary and Romania, Wolf Plastics is the market leader in its line of business in Central and South-Eastern Europe. The Austrian and Romanian competition authorities are currently examining the proposal. Closure of the deal is subject to regulatory approval. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/dotclear\/images\/2021\/BONUS\/aout\/alpla_article2.jpg\" alt=\"Texte Alternatif\" style=\"float:right; margin: 0 0 1em 1em;\" \/>The company Wolf Plastics was founded in Kammern in the Austrian federal state of Styria in 1973. It supplies SMEs and international key accounts in the construction, chemical and food industries with buckets, canisters and bottles. It currently has a workforce of approximately 210 employees across its three sites in Kammern, in Fert\u0151szentmikl\u00f3s (Hungary) and near Bucharest (Romania).
