Selon l\u2019article 9, la part d\u2019emballages r\u00e9employ\u00e9s (tous mat\u00e9riaux confondus) mis sur le march\u00e9 en France est fix\u00e9e \u00e0 5% en 2023 et 10% en 2027. Ils devront en outre \u00eatre recyclables. L\u2019industrie de la beaut\u00e9 acc\u00e9l\u00e8re d\u00e9sormais les propositions en ce sens.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/dotclear\/images\/2021\/REVUE\/aout\/08_21_rechargeable2.jpg\" alt=\"Texte Alternatif\" style=\"float:right; margin: 0 0 1em 1em;\" \/>Dans les enseignes de distribution et\/ou sur internet, de nombreuses marques ind\u00e9pendantes affichent une gamme de produits rechargeables, \u00e0 l\u2019instar de 900.care, qui mise sur des packs minimalistes color\u00e9s et des recharges solides \u00e0 diluer dans de l\u2019eau. La marque Mercy Handy vient de lancer un gel douche \u00e0 infuser, avec flacon-pompe en verre et pastilles \u00e0 diluer. Citons aussi la Cr\u00e8me Libre, une gamme compl\u00e8te de soins (nettoyant, exfoliant, hydratant, etc) avec \u00e9corecharge et pot en b\u00e9ton. L\u2019offre de vrac s\u2019\u00e9toffe \u00e9galement&nbsp;: \u00e0 Paris, the Naked Shop en a fait sa sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9. La marque CoZie s\u2019est directement positionn\u00e9e sur ce cr\u00e9neau, d\u00e9veloppant ses propres machines de remplissage pour les points de vente. Les grandes marques multiplient les fontaines en boutique (the Body Shop, L\u2019Occitane, Chanel ou Lanc\u00f4me pour certains parfums), ou les possibilit\u00e9s de recharge \u00e0 domicile, avec dans l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne de plus en plus d\u2019\u00e9corecharges en sachet (gels douche Ushuaia, Cadum, Le Petit Marseillais, shampoing Elvive de L\u2019Or\u00e9al(3D Pouch d\u2019Arcade Beauty), etc), ou, dans le luxe, des pots voire m\u00eame des flacons de parfums rechargeables chez Dior, Yves Saint-Laurent ou encore Lanc\u00f4me.
