S\u00fcdpack et Illig ont collabor\u00e9 au thermoformage d\u2019un emballage alimentaire avec des composants certifi\u00e9s compostables et majoritairement biosourc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

La barquette avec couvercle thermoscellable peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour emballer des aliments v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens et v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens, ainsi que des produits laitiers comme le yaourt ou le fromage. Elle int\u00e8gre la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de BASF ecovio\u00ae certifi\u00e9e compostable (DIN EN 13432) et partiellement biosourc\u00e9e, teint\u00e9e en vert pour l\u2019occasion. S\u00fcdpack a fabriqu\u00e9 le film par un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d’extrusion et a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 le film d’operculage lamin\u00e9, \u00e9galement compostable industriellement. De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, Illig a con\u00e7u l’outil de thermoformage, a thermoform\u00e9 les barquettes \u00e0 partir du film et a scell\u00e9 le couvercle. Le r\u00e9sultat est un contenant alimentaire \u00e0 paroi mince qui reproduit en d\u00e9tail la forme du moule et peut \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la m\u00eame vitesse que des emballages \u00e0 base de plastiques d\u2019origine fossile. Ce projet de collaboration d\u00e9montre que les emballages thermoform\u00e9s \u00e0 base de mat\u00e9riaux certifi\u00e9s compostables sont possibles dans les conditions industrielles actuelles utilis\u00e9es notamment pour le PP. <\/p>\n
