C\u00f4t\u00e9 design, une nouvelle solution brevet\u00e9e de bi-injection-soufflage devrait ouvrir le champ des possibles et aboutir \u00e0 de nouvelles formes d\u2019airless\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Sur les syst\u00e8mes airless \u00e0 piston en simple paroi, l\u2019\u00e9volution principale actuelle porte sur des propositions en mono-mati\u00e8re, ou du moins en \u00abmono-famille\u00bb de plastique, avec des associations de type PP et PE, ou LDPE. \u00abUne v\u00e9ritable \u00e9volution serait de pouvoir utiliser des mat\u00e9riaux recycl\u00e9s, mais pour l\u2019instant il n\u2019existe pas de PP recycl\u00e9 en grade alimentaire disponible en quantit\u00e9 suffisante. Le recyclage chimique sera la cl\u00e9 et d\u00e9bute tout juste\u00bb, remarque Pierre-Antoine Henry, responsable du D\u00e9veloppement March\u00e9 de Quadpack.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/dotclear\/images\/2021\/REVUE\/sep\/09_21_airless2.jpg\" alt=\"Texte Alternatif\" style=\"float:right; margin: 0 0 1em 1em;\" \/>C\u00f4t\u00e9 nouveaut\u00e9s, le groupe Aptar Beauty + Home a mis au point la capsule airless (en PP) \u00abPure\u00bbsur un tube en PP (fourni par Linhardt), en diam\u00e8tre 35 mm, pour des contenances de 50 \u00e0 100 ml. \u00abL\u2019air ne rentre pas dans le tube&nbsp;: celui-ci s\u2019aplatit au fur et \u00e0 mesure, et offre un taux de restitution plus int\u00e9ressant qu\u2019un tube classique. Autre int\u00e9r\u00eat majeur&nbsp;: avec un tube airless, la distribution de la formule reste optimale jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin de l\u2019utilisation. On note un besoin pour des produits conditionn\u00e9s dans des pack airless simples d\u2019utilisation, pour des produits solaires ou dermo-cosm\u00e9tiques\u00bb, souligne Patrick Bousquel, directeur marketing Beaut\u00e9 EMEA pour Aptar.<br \/>\nSuite aux d\u00e9buts de la crise sanitaire, et dans une optique strat\u00e9gique de d\u00e9veloppement, HCP Packaging a officialis\u00e9 en mars 2020 un partenariat exclusif avec l\u2019entreprise Pum-Tech Korea, sp\u00e9cialiste des emballages airless. Gr\u00e2ce aux synergies des deux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s, HCP Packaging \u2013 qui n\u2019avait pas de gammes airless \u2013 commercialise d\u00e9sormais des standards Pum-Tech et d\u00e9veloppe des produits sp\u00e9cifiques en utilisant des moteurs airless et en personnalisant base, capot, etc. Le portfolio est constitu\u00e9 de pots, de tubes et de flacons airless. \u00abGr\u00e2ce au savoir-faire de Pum-Tech, une nouvelle Ecopump a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e sans composants m\u00e9talliques et sans POM. Elle est fabriqu\u00e9e en PP et PE vierges\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise Eric Firmin, pr\u00e9sident de HCP Packaging France.
