Le groupe Selig, d\u00e9tenu par CC Industries, a r\u00e9cemment repris la Manufacture G\u00e9n\u00e9rale de Joints (MGJ). Fond\u00e9e en 1947 et bas\u00e9e pr\u00e8s de Lyon, cette derni\u00e8re est l\u2019un des principaux fournisseurs mondiaux de joints d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 en mousse.<\/p>\n

A l\u2019appui de d\u00e9cennies d\u2019investissement, MGJ a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des produits en mousse pour une gamme \u00e9tendue d\u2019applications. Ce rapprochement offre \u00e0 Selig des capacit\u00e9s tr\u00e8s compl\u00e9mentaires qui lui permettront de servir ses clients plus largement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale et d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le d\u00e9veloppement conjoint de produits durables sur le plan environnemental. Cette deuxi\u00e8me acquisition de l\u2019ann\u00e9e pour Selig refl\u00e8te la strat\u00e9gie du groupe de poursuivre sa croissance et d\u2019\u00e9tendre son mod\u00e8le commercial avec des solutions compl\u00e9mentaires. \u00abL\u2019\u00e9quipe, les produits, les march\u00e9s et les capacit\u00e9s de MGJ sont extr\u00eamement compl\u00e9mentaires avec Selig et repr\u00e9sentent une opportunit\u00e9 de croissance significative pour le nouvel ensemble. Nous partageons des cultures communes et ax\u00e9es sur le d\u00e9veloppement de solutions uniques et pertinentes pour les probl\u00e9matiques d\u2019emballage de nos clients\u00bb, a ajout\u00e9 Steve Cassidy, pdg de Selig. Dans le cadre de l\u2019acquisition, MGJ adoptera le nom Selig Group afin de refl\u00e9ter l\u2019existence d\u2019une seule \u00e9quipe et de se concentrer sur la croissance de l\u2019entreprise combin\u00e9e.
