Preuve en est, la mise au point avec Texen d\u2019un nouveau capot en rPET issu du recyclage de bouteilles plastique en PET pour ses soins Le Lift et Hydra Beauty.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLa modularit\u00e9 et la polyvalence de nos lignes SMART\u00ae assurent \u00e0 Chanel une production maitris\u00e9e. Ainsi, en g\u00e9rant l\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de la conception, Texen peut fabriquer la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re et sortir une pi\u00e8ce finie et vernie en moins de 20 minutes\u00bb, explique le fournisseur d\u2019emballages. Pour ce faire, Texen s\u2019appuie sur un processus de polycondensation, une r\u00e9action chimique qui permet de reconstruire les cha\u00eenes mol\u00e9culaires cass\u00e9es durant le process de recyclage. En reformant les polym\u00e8res, la polym\u00e9risation permet de r\u00e9tablir les caract\u00e9ristiques m\u00e9caniques et chimiques de base et garantir l\u2019alimentarit\u00e9 du produit fini.
