D\u2019une superficie de 650 m\u00b2, l\u2019extension en salle propre du site de Rovipharm Healthcaring (Ain) repr\u00e9sente un investissement total de 8,2 millions d\u2019euros.<\/p>\n<p>Un montant qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 notamment financ\u00e9 par l\u2019Etat dans le cadre de l\u2019appel \u00e0 manifestation d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat (AMI) Capacity Building, op\u00e9r\u00e9 par Bpifrance et visant \u00e0 renforcer les capacit\u00e9s de production fran\u00e7aises dans la lutte contre la Covid-19. SGH Healthcaring et le r\u00e9cent contrat sign\u00e9 en d\u00e9cembre 2021 avec Agilent Technologies ont \u00e9galement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 cet investissement.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de ce contrat, Rovipharm Healthcaring d\u00e9ploie un nouveau process en salle propre ISO8\/7 permettant la fabrication totalement automatis\u00e9e, de l\u2019injection jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019ensachage en haute cadence, de cinq composants&nbsp;: c\u00f4nes ou TIPS (Totally Integrated Pipetting System) de 250 \u00b5l, filtres, rack, plateau (deck plate) et couvercle. Chaque empreinte g\u00e9n\u00e8re une bo\u00eete compl\u00e8te de 96 TIPS, tri\u00e9s par empreinte, offrant ainsi une tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 optimale des pi\u00e8ces et garantissant la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la fiabilit\u00e9 pour l\u2019utilisateur final.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/dotclear\/images\/2022\/REVUE\/mars\/03_22_actupack6.jpg\" alt=\"Texte Alternatif\" style=\"float:right; margin: 0 0 1em 1em;\" \/>Afin de fabriquer annuellement les 200 millions de c\u00f4nes avec filtre pr\u00e9vus au contrat avec Agilent Technologies, l\u2019atelier est dot\u00e9 de cinq nouvelles presses \u00e0 injecter \u00e9quip\u00e9es de moules d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiquement, ainsi que de 30 robots six axes. Les lignes de production, qui ne n\u00e9cessitent aucune intervention humaine, sont \u00abADN et ARN free\u00bb, pour des applications exigeant l\u2019utilisation de TIPS st\u00e9riles (s\u00e9quen\u00e7age ADN par exemple).
