Elle peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e comme solution autonome ou, comme on peut le voir sur les salons phares, \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans une ligne d\u2019emballage automatis\u00e9e\u00bb, explique Kim H\u00fcther, VP ex\u00e9cutif barquettes et poches chez Multivac.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/dotclear\/images\/2022\/REVUE\/av\/04_22_alim_mt2.jpg\" alt=\"Texte Alternatif\" style=\"float:right; margin: 0 0 1em 1em;\" \/>Particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9e pour le conditionnement de viande hach\u00e9e, de cevapcici, de steaks de burger, de saucisses, de fromage ou de poisson surgel\u00e9, la machine trouve \u00e9galement sa place pour emballer des baguettes, croissants et pizzas ainsi que les fruits et les l\u00e9gumes. Robuste et au design hygi\u00e9nique, la W 500 est dot\u00e9e d\u2019une technologie d\u2019entra\u00eenement servo pr\u00e9cise qui garantit une vitesse maximale et un contr\u00f4le optimal du processus. Les produits d\u2019une largeur maximale de 200 mm et d\u2019une hauteur maximale de 120 mm peuvent \u00eatre emball\u00e9s avec ou sans barquette. Autres caract\u00e9ristiques de la machine&nbsp;: un r\u00e9glage ind\u00e9pendant de la vitesse des rouleaux pour un scellage longitudinal sans plis, un scellage transversal fiable gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une r\u00e9gulation pr\u00e9cise et bas\u00e9e sur les recettes de la temp\u00e9rature et de la pression de scellage, ainsi qu\u2019un syst\u00e8me d\u2019analyse des gaz int\u00e9gr\u00e9 pour l\u2019emballage sous MAP. Avec 120 emballages par minute ou une vitesse de film pouvant atteindre 30 m\u00e8tres par minute, la W 500 compte parmi les solutions de flowpacking de bo\u00eetes en mouvement les plus performantes du march\u00e9.
