Objectif pour le fabricant&nbsp;: proposer un emballage enti\u00e8rement renouvelable, recyclable et neutre en carbone.<\/p>\n<p>Le test, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en Asie, a permis de comprendre les implications sur la cha\u00eene de valeur cr\u00e9\u00e9es par le remplacement de la couche d&rsquo;aluminium par une couche alternative, ainsi que de quantifier l&rsquo;impact g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par ce changement en termes de r\u00e9duction de l&#8217;empreinte carbone. Il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9 que cette barri\u00e8re alternative \u00e0 l&rsquo;aluminium offre au jus de l\u00e9gumes une protection ad\u00e9quate contre l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne, tout en permettant d&rsquo;augmenter les taux de recyclage dans un pays o\u00f9 les consommateurs privil\u00e9gient les cartons sans aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abLes premiers r\u00e9sultats sugg\u00e8rent que les emballages \u00e9quip\u00e9s de cette nouvelle couche en fibres permettront une r\u00e9duction importante du CO2 par rapport aux cartons aseptiques traditionnels, pour une dur\u00e9e de conservation et des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de protection alimentaire comparables\u00bb, indique Gilles Tisserand, Vice-Pr\u00e9sident Climat &amp; Biodiversit\u00e9, Tetra Pak.<\/p>\n<p>Tetra Pak teste actuellement ce nouveau concept pour les emballages carton aseptiques, en \u00e9troite collaboration avec certains de ses clients. Un premier lot pilote d&#8217;emballages utilisant ce mat\u00e9riau in\u00e9dit dans l&rsquo;industrie est actuellement en rayon pour un test commercial aupr\u00e8s des consommateurs.
