Cette technologie fonctionne \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures mod\u00e9r\u00e9es qui m\u00e9nagent le PVDC pour recycler aussi bien les d\u00e9chets industriels que de post consommation. Les monom\u00e8res r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9s pourraient ainsi \u00eatre purifi\u00e9s et r\u00e9utilis\u00e9s pour produire du polym\u00e8re PET neuf de m\u00eame qualit\u00e9 que celui obtenu \u00e0 partir de mati\u00e8res p\u00e9trochimiques vierges. Les r\u00e9sultats montrent que le PET est enti\u00e8rement d\u00e9polym\u00e9ris\u00e9, tandis que le PVDC demeure intact. \u00abEn proposant une solution efficiente et durable pour g\u00e9rer la fin de vie des produits, la technologie peut aider la profession \u00e0 atteindre la circularit\u00e9 avec les films \u00e0 couche externe en PVDC et permet \u00e0 nos polym\u00e8res sp\u00e9ciaux \u00e0 hautes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s barri\u00e8res de s\u2019adresser \u00e0 d\u2019autres march\u00e9s, comme celui des emballages pour les produits pharmaceutiques\u00bb, note Solvay.<\/p>\n<p><em>Extrait de la revue n\u00b0 668 &#8211; Mai 2022.
