Elle r\u00e9v\u00e8le notamment les attentes d\u2019une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration qui casse les codes et montre la voie vers de nouveaux modes de consommation.<\/p>\n<p>La bouteille en verre est fortement pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9e par les Millenials&nbsp;: quel que soit le lieu de consommation, elle reste le format incontournable en termes de consommation (93%) face au Bag-in-Box\u00ae (26%) ou \u00e0 la canette (17%). Dans l\u2019univers du vin, la bouteille en verre b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une excellente image aupr\u00e8s des Millenials, de par son impact environnemental, sa praticit\u00e9 et son esth\u00e9tisme. 3\/4 des Millenials la per\u00e7oivent d\u2019ailleurs comme le format le plus respectueux de l\u2019environnement.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abCette nouvelle \u00e9tude met en perspectives des pistes de d\u00e9veloppement et des leviers d\u2019innovation concrets pour le march\u00e9 du vin, qui fait face \u00e0 une baisse de la consommation, en faisant le parall\u00e8le avec le mod\u00e8le de la bi\u00e8re. Au c\u0153ur de notre d\u00e9marche, il s\u2019agit d\u2019analyser les grandes tendances de consommation et l\u2019\u00e9volution de la demande, pour construire une offre de valeur r\u00e9pondant aux nouveaux enjeux soci\u00e9taux\u00bb, a comment\u00e9 Jacques Bordat, pr\u00e9sident de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des Industries du Verre.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/dotclear\/images\/2022\/BONUS\/juil\/millenial_article2.jpg\" alt=\"Texte Alternatif\" style=\"float:left; margin: 0 1em 1em 0;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En effet, le march\u00e9 de la bi\u00e8re, qui a connu une longue p\u00e9riode de d\u00e9croissance, a su inverser la tendance en se renouvelant, en innovant et en redynamisant la consommation (d\u00e9veloppement des micro-brasseries, nouveaux produits, bi\u00e8re sans alcool\u2026). La boisson, assez populaire, attire l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus de consommateurs que le vin mais se d\u00e9marque surtout sur la fr\u00e9quence de conso&nbsp;: 3\/4 des Millenials consomment du vin et de la bi\u00e8re. L\u2019\u00e9cart se creuse essentiellement au niveau de la fr\u00e9quence de consommation&nbsp;: la moiti\u00e9 des Millenials interrog\u00e9s consomment de fa\u00e7on hebdomadaire de la bi\u00e8re versus un tiers pour le vin. Sur le march\u00e9 de la bi\u00e8re, la bouteille en verre est largement pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9e. En termes de qualit\u00e9s reconnues par les Millenials, le principal atout de la bi\u00e8re est son go\u00fbt, ainsi que son c\u00f4t\u00e9 facile \u00e0 boire, d\u00e9salt\u00e9rant.
