Le challenge \u00e9tait d\u2019autant plus p\u00e9rilleux que le boitier aux parois fines est dot\u00e9 d\u2019une charni\u00e8re d\u00e9licate \u00e0 assembler. Ce travail d\u2019optimisation a port\u00e9 sur l\u2019ensemble de la cha\u00eene de valeur&nbsp;: sourcing d\u2019un mat\u00e9riau issu d\u2019une fili\u00e8re de revalorisation, usage d\u2019un vernis \u00e0 haut extrait sec (HES), investissement du groupe Texen dans la technologie BESST\u00ae (Beauty Experience Sensation Surface by Texen). Ce dernier, avec le support de la Maison Chanel, a su adapter son mod\u00e8le industriel dans le cadre de ce d\u00e9veloppement.
