Retour sur les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s du produit et son \u00e9volution avec G\u00e9rard Mathieu, directeur marketing et innovation chez Smurfit Kappa.<\/p>\n<p><em>Comment se porte le march\u00e9 des pr\u00eats-\u00e0-vendre ?<\/em><br \/>\nApr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode \u2013 d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 2000 o\u00f9 tout le monde voulait un pr\u00eat-\u00e0-vendre pour tout type de produits \u2013 la situation s\u2019est stabilis\u00e9e. Basculer un emballage traditionnel en un pr\u00eat-\u00e0-vendre ne devient plus syst\u00e9matique. Aujourd\u2019hui, on constate une l\u00e9g\u00e8re tendance baissi\u00e8re quant au nombre de d\u00e9veloppements projets pour ce produit&nbsp;: est-ce en raison de la conjoncture&nbsp;? Mais dans l\u2019ensemble, il n\u2019y a pas d\u2019abandon du sujet. Le pr\u00eat-\u00e0-vendre conserve ses avantages pour une cat\u00e9gorie bien pr\u00e9cise de produits.<\/p>\n<p><em>Quelles caract\u00e9ristiques du pr\u00eat-\u00e0-vendre sont appr\u00e9ci\u00e9es par leurs utilisateurs ?<\/em><br \/>\nLe pr\u00eat-\u00e0-vendre reste un excellent promoteur pour certains secteurs (fromagerie, biscuiterie, hygi\u00e8ne, produits m\u00e9nagers, etc.) et cat\u00e9gories de produits, qui sont par essence, de petite taille, instables, difficiles \u00e0 mettre en rayon et offrant peu de visibilit\u00e9 en lin\u00e9aires. Il offre alors plusieurs atouts&nbsp;: vitesse d\u2019ex\u00e9cution, groupage, plus grande rotation des produits et support de communication pour le consommateur. Il se d\u00e9cline en une pl\u00e9thore de formats&nbsp;: pr\u00eat-\u00e0-vendre avec ou sans calage int\u00e9gr\u00e9, plateau, barquette, wrap et caisse am\u00e9ricaine avec pr\u00e9d\u00e9coupe\u2026 Mais le pr\u00eat-\u00e0-vendre a ses contraintes&nbsp;: il n\u00e9cessite de l\u2019espace. Ce qui explique qu\u2019il fonctionne mieux en hypermarch\u00e9 qu\u2019en proxi par exemple.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mauco-Cartex ouvre un p\u00f4le num\u00e9rique pour PAV en petites et moyennes s\u00e9ries<\/strong><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/dotclear\/images\/2022\/REVUE\/aout\/08_22_pav2.jpg\" alt=\"Texte Alternatif\" style=\"float:right; margin: 0 0 1em 1em;\" \/>Mauco-Cartex inaugure un nouveau p\u00f4le num\u00e9rique sur son site de production de Fl\u00e9ac (16). Deux nouvelles machines viennent d\u2019\u00eatre install\u00e9es. Un projet d\u2019un montant de 1,2 millions d\u2019euros qui a re\u00e7u le soutien du Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Economie, des Finances et de la Relance, BPI France et R\u00e9gion Nouvelle-Aquitaine. En premier lieu, une table de d\u00e9coupe num\u00e9rique Kongsbergpermettant de produire n\u2019importe quelle forme de PAV ou d\u2019emballage. De plus, cette nouvelle machine num\u00e9rique est automatique et enregistre tous les trac\u00e9s pour une recommande simplifi\u00e9e et r\u00e9active.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/dotclear\/images\/2022\/REVUE\/aout\/08_22_pav3.jpg\" alt=\"Texte Alternatif\" style=\"float:left; margin: 0 1em 1em 0;\" \/><strong>Saica Pack d\u00e9voile un nouveau plateau pr\u00eat-\u00e0-vendre<\/strong><br \/>\nAvec le T-Pack, Saica Pack Laval propose de r\u00e9duire de 30% la quantit\u00e9 de mati\u00e8re carton utilis\u00e9e et une visibilit\u00e9 des produits optimale de par son design. En effet, l\u2019utilisation du fond du plateau pour former les faces avant et arri\u00e8re et sa cannelure P fine le rendent \u00e9cologique. Le T-Packest \u00e9galement \u00e9conomique, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019optimisation de la palettisation et \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation du nombre de produits par palettes. R\u00e9sultat&nbsp;: la r\u00e9duction du nombre de palettes en transport et en stockage (-27,8% de palettes par an).
