Il est \u00e0 rappeler qu\u2019il existe diff\u00e9rentes fa\u00e7ons d\u2019imprimer une bobine d\u2019aluminium neutre en interne&nbsp;: directement en ligne, avec une imprimante install\u00e9e sur la thermoformeuse de blisters ou en utilisant une machine Roll-to-Roll. Les solutions d\u2019impression en ligne permettent une impression \u00e0 grande vitesse (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 75 m\/min) des bobines d\u2019alu blister et une flexibilit\u00e9 maximale, non seulement pour les lots s\u00e9rialis\u00e9s, mais aussi pour l\u2019impression d\u2019illustrations non s\u00e9rialis\u00e9es. Autre option, les bobines d\u2019alu sont imprim\u00e9es hors ligne sur une machine Roll-to-Roll. Celle-ci peut imprimer \u00e0 l\u2019avance toutes les diff\u00e9rentes illustrations n\u00e9cessaires et les stocker dans un entrep\u00f4t sans devoir faire appel \u00e0 un fournisseur tiers.<\/p>\n<pre><\/pre>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/dotclear\/images\/2022\/REVUE\/aout\/08_22_pharma_mt2.jpg\" alt=\"Texte Alternatif\" style=\"float:right; margin: 0 0 1em 1em;\" \/>Dans les deux cas, le logiciel SEA Vision y trouve sa place. En ce qui concerne le mat\u00e9riel, le capteur d\u2019images \u00e0 contact avec interface CoaXPress a \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9 par SEA Vision comme l\u2019outil le plus appropri\u00e9 aux besoins de ce d\u00e9fi technologique. Int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au Tracker de SEA Vision, ce capteur permet d\u2019inspecter de mani\u00e8re homog\u00e8ne des bandes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 367 mm avec une haute r\u00e9solution (600 dpi)&nbsp;; de contr\u00f4ler des feuilles dans une large gamme de mat\u00e9riaux&nbsp;; d\u2019atteindre une vitesse de transfert d\u2019image \u00e9lev\u00e9e, permettant des vitesses de ligne allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 75 m\/min&nbsp;; de minimiser l\u2019encombrement de la machine gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9clairage int\u00e9gr\u00e9 et \u00e0 la personnalisation du CIS pour les surfaces r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissantes les plus exigeantes&nbsp;; et d\u2019annuler l\u2019effet de d\u00e9formation par cisaillement sur l\u2019image afin d\u2019optimiser le contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 d\u2019impression, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019entra\u00eenement continu du film.\u202f En termes de d\u00e9veloppement logiciel, SEA Vision a cr\u00e9\u00e9 de nouveaux algorithmes pour la lecture des codes et le contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 d\u2019impression et a poursuivi le d\u00e9veloppement de sa propre application afin de maximiser les performances des fils disponibles.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 machines, Marchesini s\u2019appuie sur l\u2019Integra 720V, sa ligne int\u00e9gr\u00e9e et robotis\u00e9e pour l\u2019emballage de blisters en carton \u00e0 plusieurs voies (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 trois voies d\u2019entr\u00e9e de blisters) avec une structure enti\u00e8rement en balcon. Celle-ci comprend deux sections&nbsp;: une machine de conditionnement de blisters qui forme les blisters et place les produits \u00e0 conditionner dans leurs cavit\u00e9s et une encartonneuse qui conditionne les blisters dans leurs cartons. Les deux sections sont reli\u00e9es par un Robocombi, un robot \u00e0 trois axes, int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 la ligne et cr\u00e9\u00e9 par les d\u00e9partements de recherche et d\u00e9veloppement du groupe Marchesini. Par ailleurs, Integra 720V dispose d\u2019une unit\u00e9 innovante de poussoir et de contre-poussoir, d\u2019un syst\u00e8me d\u2019ouverture des cartons \u00e0 tambour rotatif pour faire face \u00e0 des vitesses tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9es et d\u2019un syst\u00e8me efficace de prise et d\u2019insertion des prospectus.
