Elle est form\u00e9e d\u2019un bras robotis\u00e9, d\u2019un dispositif de pr\u00e9hension, d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de vision st\u00e9r\u00e9oscopique \u00e0 rayon infrarouge (IR) et d\u2019un logiciel pour planifier les trajectoires, acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la base de donn\u00e9es des recettes et interpr\u00e9ter les donn\u00e9es d\u2019entr\u00e9e provenant des capteurs.<br>\u00abDans l\u2019industrie pharmaceutique, affirme Federico Fumagalli, directeur commercial de Steriline, limiter le rejet de particules au cours des processus sensibles fait la diff\u00e9rence, car cela r\u00e9duit le risque de contamination. Dans cette optique, nous avons cherch\u00e9 diff\u00e9rentes solutions sur la mani\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9liminer les principales parties qui ont augment\u00e9 la dispersion de particules durant les processus de bouchage et de capsulage, dans le cas pr\u00e9sent. Nous avons donc choisi de remplacer la tr\u00e9mie, le godet vibrant et la goulotte lin\u00e9aire par des robots combin\u00e9s avec un syst\u00e8me de vision\u00bb.
