Avec les s\u00e9ries 53C et 55C, Leuze a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des capteurs parfaitement adapt\u00e9s aux processus de production et de conditionnement sensibles \u00e0 l&rsquo;hygi\u00e8ne. Ils se caract\u00e9risent par un bo\u00eetier en acier inoxydable V4A de haute qualit\u00e9, particuli\u00e8rement lisse, et par un couvercle optique sans verre et r\u00e9sistant aux rayures. Les capteurs r\u00e9sistent \u00e0 des cycles de nettoyage et de d\u00e9sinfection exigeants ainsi qu&rsquo;\u00e0 de fortes variations de temp\u00e9rature.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Avec les s\u00e9ries 53C et 55C, les exploitants d&rsquo;installations disposent de capteurs pouvant \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re flexible, qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse de barri\u00e8res unidirectionnelles, de cellules reflex sur r\u00e9flecteur ou de d\u00e9tecteurs. Selon les mod\u00e8les, les solutions de Leuze d\u00e9tectent de mani\u00e8re fiable le verre, le PET, les films ou les petites pi\u00e8ces ainsi que le niveau de remplissage de liquides aqueux. Les nouveaux capteurs s\u00e9ries 53C et 55C sont \u00e9tanches \u00e0 la poussi\u00e8re et \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau ; ils r\u00e9pondent aux exigences des classes de protection IP67, IP68 et IP69K. L&rsquo;optique et les commandes op\u00e9rationnelles sont fabriqu\u00e9es dans des mat\u00e9riaux non diffusifs et chimiquement stables. Une conception lisse contribue \u00e0 une hygi\u00e8ne maximale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Les capteurs de la s\u00e9rie 53C b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient, quant \u00e0 eux, d\u2019un design hygi\u00e9nique : le bo\u00eetier est con\u00e7u sans angle pour \u00e9viter toute contamination bact\u00e9rienne. Les contours lisses sans trous de fixation emp\u00eachent les d\u00e9p\u00f4ts. Une fixation sp\u00e9ciale y contribue \u00e9galement : le capteur et la machine sont reli\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re \u00e9tanche par le tourillon de montage.
