L\u2019\u00e9quipement associe qualit\u00e9 d\u2019emballage et cadence \u00e9lev\u00e9e, permettant aux entreprises d\u2019atteindre leurs objectifs de durabilit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019operculeuse&nbsp;QX-500 offre une augmentation de&nbsp;66%&nbsp;de la vitesse des cycles, une r\u00e9duction de&nbsp;44%&nbsp;du poids et de&nbsp;46% de la taille de la machine ainsi qu\u2019une baisse de&nbsp;50%&nbsp;de la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie par rapport aux \u00e9quipements d\u2019operculage classiques. Selon Ishida, la machine permet la r\u00e9duction des d\u00e9chets, une nette am\u00e9lioration de la productivit\u00e9 et offre de nombreuses fonctionnalit\u00e9s d\u2019emballage : operculage seul, r\u00e9injection de gaz, operculage MAP (conditionnement sous atmosph\u00e8re modifi\u00e9e), film r\u00e9tractable et skinpack. Ce syst\u00e8me mesure constamment la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019operculage de l\u2019\u00e9quipement, ce qui permet d\u2019optimiser la pression, la temp\u00e9rature et la dur\u00e9e de l\u2019operculage pour chaque cycle. La machine est ainsi capable de s\u2019adapter \u00e0 chaque format d\u2019emballage afin d\u2019assurer la meilleure qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019emballage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le changement d\u2019outil se fait en seulement dix&nbsp;minutes, sans n\u00e9cessiter d\u2019interventions manuelles suppl\u00e9mentaires.
