Cette technologie a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats positifs, en particulier en ce qui concerne la s\u00e9paration des flux de d\u00e9chets alimentaires et non alimentaires. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les essais industriels ont eu lieu dans l\u2019usine de recyclage Wellman\/Indorama \u00e0 Verdun, en France, \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un prototype de module de d\u00e9tection d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par le fournisseur de machines Pellenc ST et le fournisseur de technologie de filigrane num\u00e9rique Digimarc, dans le cadre de l\u2019initiative HolyGrail 2.0. Cette \u00e9valuation s\u2019est concentr\u00e9e sur un flux de d\u00e9chets PET, avec deux objectifs principaux : \u00e9liminer les bouteilles PET non alimentaires filigran\u00e9es du flux afin de respecter les directives de l\u2019EFSA (Autorit\u00e9 europ\u00e9enne de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des aliments). Avec comme ambition de r\u00e9duire la teneur en PET non alimentaire d\u2019un flux de PET alimentaire \u00e0 moins de 5%, et cr\u00e9er un flux de sortie de PET non alimentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9valuation au niveau industriel, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en janvier et f\u00e9vrier 2023 sous la supervision de l\u2019\u00e9quipe technique HolyGrail 2.0, s\u2019est appuy\u00e9e sur le succ\u00e8s des essais semi-industriels de ce projet pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en 2021 et 2022. 5,6 tonnes de bouteilles PET non alimentaires filigran\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 produites, puis m\u00e9lang\u00e9es \u00e0 des d\u00e9chets de post-consommation dans l\u2019installation de valorisation des mat\u00e9riaux Suez \u00e0 \u00c9pinal, en France, afin d\u2019imiter les flux de travail typiques des d\u00e9chets. Plusieurs fractions de d\u00e9chets m\u00e9lang\u00e9s contenant environ 200 000 bouteilles filigran\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9es, mises en balles et exp\u00e9di\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019installation de recyclage Wellman\/Indorama pour des tests de tri.<br>Les essais ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur une ligne enti\u00e8rement op\u00e9rationnelle \u2013 \u00e9quip\u00e9e du module de d\u00e9tection num\u00e9rique des filigranes \u2013 fonctionnant dans des conditions d\u2019exploitation standard avec un d\u00e9bit nominal de 3 tonnes\/heure et une vitesse de bande de 3 m\u00e8tres\/seconde. Une unit\u00e9 NIR (syst\u00e8mes de d\u00e9tection proche infrarouge) a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e en combinaison pour faciliter l\u2019\u00e9jection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9tection \u00e9tait de 92,1%, tandis que l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de tri \u00e9tait de 88,3% en moyenne. Pour le tri en deux passages, les efficacit\u00e9s de d\u00e9tection et de tri \u00e9taient respectivement de 95,9% et 95,1%. Ces r\u00e9sultats viennent confirmer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des filigranes num\u00e9riques dans la s\u00e9paration avec une granularit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e \u2013 dans ce cas, la s\u00e9paration alimentaires\/non-alimentaires. Les rendements \u00e9lev\u00e9s indiquent que l\u2019utilisation de filigranes num\u00e9riques peut r\u00e9duire les impuret\u00e9s dans les flux de PET utilis\u00e9s dans l\u2019alimentation dans les usines de recyclage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le module va maintenant \u00eatre exp\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la MRF H\u00fcndgen en Allemagne, o\u00f9 d\u2019autres essais industriels sur diff\u00e9rents flux de mat\u00e9riaux de d\u00e9chets de post-consommation seront men\u00e9s au cours du second semestre 2023.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019initiative sur les filigranes num\u00e9riques HolyGrail 2.0 a franchi une nouvelle \u00e9tape avec la validation de la capacit\u00e9 de tri avanc\u00e9 de la technologie dans un environnement industriel.
