Quelles sont, selon vous, ses sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s&nbsp;et comment se porte-t-il ?<\/em><\/strong><br>La France est reconnue comme un march\u00e9 tr\u00e8s concurrentiel et exigeant, avec une grande attente de qualit\u00e9 tout en \u00e9tant un vivier pour l\u2019innovation. En France, nous couvrons l\u2019ensemble des besoins de nos clients avec un r\u00e9seau de 41 usines de fabrication\/transformation, et quatre papeteries (une en fibres vierges, trois en recycl\u00e9es). Nous sommes fiers d\u2019avoir su ces trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es continuer \u00e0 fournir l\u2019ensemble de nos clients, en leur apportant une totale satisfaction malgr\u00e9 un contexte tendu en termes d\u2019approvisionnement. D\u2019ailleurs, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 nos papeteries, le souci n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 le flux de mati\u00e8re, mais davantage la livraison des nouvelles lignes de production retard\u00e9e par la p\u00e9nurie de composants \u00e9lectriques, notamment. Si un ralentissement en Europe est constat\u00e9, certains secteurs ont plus souffert que d\u2019autres mais la France n\u2019a pas enregistr\u00e9 un recul aussi marqu\u00e9. Nous restons positifs et attendons une reprise d\u2019ici le dernier trimestre 2023. Dans ce contexte, une grande partie de nos clients restent en observation, alors que le PPWR se pr\u00e9pare et risque de chambouler encore les r\u00e8gles du jeu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>De quel \u0153il voyez-vous l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de ce prochain r\u00e8glement europ\u00e9en\u00a0?<\/em><\/strong><br>Nous en avons une image positive pour l\u2019industrie de l\u2019emballage m\u00eame si nous restons vigilants sur la question du taux de recyclabilit\u00e9. Il faut que les futurs objectifs soient adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque mat\u00e9riau. Le carton a d\u00e9j\u00e0 un taux de recyclabilit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9, notre fili\u00e8re se doit de communiquer davantage sur ce qui est d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait en termes de circularit\u00e9 et sur la performance de notre chaine logistique, afin que l\u2019UE ne fasse pas l\u2019amalgame entre les diff\u00e9rents mat\u00e9riaux. Nous restons, pour cela, tr\u00e8s actifs avec le Carton Ondul\u00e9 de France et FEFCO sur l\u2019avanc\u00e9e des discussions autour du PPWR, et avons invit\u00e9 les l\u00e9gislateurs \u00e0 visiter nos papeteries afin de mieux leur faire comprendre notre m\u00e9tier. Autre point de vigilance\u00a0: la CPI (Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration des Industries Papeti\u00e8res) a r\u00e9cemment indiqu\u00e9 \u2013 selon des chiffres FEFCO \u2013 un potentiel de 2,7 milliards de caisses en plastique en plus, mis sur le march\u00e9 en poussant \u00e0 la r\u00e9utilisation des emballages. Ce point est tr\u00e8s sensible car il questionne la gestion de la fin de vie des emballages suppl\u00e9mentaires, qui seront potentiellement cr\u00e9\u00e9s dans le cadre de la PPWR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Quelle impulsion souhaitez-vous donner \u00e0 la filiale fran\u00e7aise&nbsp;?<\/em><\/strong><br>Tout d\u2019abord garder notre leadership&nbsp;avec un chiffre d\u2019affaires de 1,5 milliards d\u2019euros en 2022 et un effectif de 6000 salari\u00e9s. L\u00e0 o\u00f9 nous pouvons encore apporter une r\u00e9elle plus-value \u00e0 nos clients, c\u2019est de cibler des march\u00e9s encore plus sp\u00e9cifiques et de transformer nos usines afin qu\u2019elles soient plus sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es. Tout en poursuivant, en parall\u00e8le, notre travail d\u2019innovation gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre bureau d\u2019\u00e9tudes, orient\u00e9 autour de la question de la substitution plastique. Le d\u00e9veloppement de calages en nid d\u2019abeille pour des marques d\u2019\u00e9lectrom\u00e9nagers est un exemple parmi d\u2019autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>C\u00f4t\u00e9 ressources humaines, quels sont les axes strat\u00e9giques&nbsp;?<\/em><\/strong><br>La formation tout d\u2019abord. D\u00e9but 2023, nous avons mis en place deux programmes d\u2019un an pour les r\u00e9gions Ouest et Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes, avec un CDI \u00e0 la cl\u00e9, afin de nous assurer des recrutements de qualit\u00e9 sur des postes en production et maintenance, souvent en tension. Nous travaillons \u00e9galement en parall\u00e8le avec les \u00e9coles d\u2019ing\u00e9nieur dans le cadre d\u2019un Graduate program des jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s. Les conditions de travail de nos salari\u00e9s est une de nos priorit\u00e9s. Un accord tri-annuel est \u00e9galement n\u00e9goci\u00e9 avec les syndicats afin que les r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations restent attractives et int\u00e9ressantes pour nos salari\u00e9s en place. Nous souhaitons \u00eatre un employeur exemplaire, afin de donner envie aux candidats de travailler pour Smurfit Kappa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Sur le plan industriel, quels sont les investissements en cours pour Smurfit Kappa France<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>?<\/strong><\/em><br>Le m\u00e9tier a beaucoup \u00e9volu\u00e9 ces dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es&nbsp;: on attend de nous une maitrise \u00e9lev\u00e9e des syst\u00e8mes afin de fournir du carton \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 constante et irr\u00e9prochable. A l\u2019\u00e8re de l\u2019industrie 4.0, toutes les datas des usines du groupe sont remont\u00e9es dans une base de donn\u00e9es centrale afin d\u2019assurer une production standardis\u00e9e et g\u00e9rer les fluctuations du syst\u00e8me. Nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 de nombreux investissements sur nos onduleuses et nos machines de transformation afin de mieux contr\u00f4ler les process et ainsi gagner en reproductibilit\u00e9 mais \u00e9galement sur la consommation des lignes que ce soit en colle, en amidon ou en \u00e9nergie. Pour rappel, le groupe s\u2019est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 atteindre la neutralit\u00e9 carbone d\u2019ici 2050, avec une \u00e9tape \u00e0 -55% en 2030. En 2022, nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9duit notre empreinte de 44%. Nous poursuivons nos efforts pour atteindre ces objectifs. D\u00e9carboner nos usines passe, par exemple, par l\u2019installation de chaudi\u00e8res biomasse ou encore par l\u2019\u00e9lectrification de nos centrales vapeur. Sur notre usine de Saillat-sur-Vienne, le test de stockage et d\u2019utilisation du mix hydrog\u00e8ne vert (70%) et gaz (30%) s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 positif en 2022.
