Baptis\u00e9 Sherpa-F, F comme fourche, ce dernier prend en charge des palettes et contenants au sol jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1 200 kg.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con\u00e7u et fabriqu\u00e9 par l\u2019Autrichien Melkus Mechatronic et distribu\u00e9 exclusivement en France par Sherpa Mobile Robotics, le Sherpa-F r\u00e9pond \u00e0 une forte demande utilisateur dans le secteur de l\u2019industrie, de la logistique, ou encore de la grande distribution. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un robot mobile tr\u00e8s compact (1 663 x 604 x 2 235 mm) pour un poids total de 122 kg. Sa double fourche lui permet non seulement de transporter les palettes Europe (1 200 x 800 mm) et les demi-palettes (800 x 600 mm) mais aussi tous les contenants accept\u00e9s par un transpalette (embase ouverte). Le Sherpa-F peut d\u00e9placer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1 200 kg sur une hauteur de chargement de 1 300 mm et franchir une pente maximale de 3%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/SHERPA2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-37936\" width=\"827\" height=\"504\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/SHERPA2.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/SHERPA2-300x183.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/SHERPA2-768x468.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/SHERPA2-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 827px) 100vw, 827px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Conforme aux plus hautes exigences r\u00e9glementaires, en particulier \u00e0 l\u2019ISO 3691-4, il est dot\u00e9 d\u2019une navigation autonome \u00e0 360\u00b0 ne n\u00e9cessitant aucune installation compl\u00e9mentaire et lui permettant de corriger sa trajectoire pour une prise en charge pr\u00e9cise de la palette. Son sens de marche omnidirectionnel lui conf\u00e8re \u00e9galement une forte agilit\u00e9. Le robot circule avec agilit\u00e9, \u00e0 une vitesse maximum de 1,5 m\/s. Bien que certaines palettes ne soient pas toujours parfaitement align\u00e9es ou orient\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re optimale, le Sherpa-F a la capacit\u00e9 de corriger sa trajectoire pour prendre en charge la palette avec la plus grande pr\u00e9cision (+\/- 1 cm). Plug and play, il ne n\u00e9cessite pas l\u2019ajout d\u2019infrastructures compl\u00e9mentaires (gare de d\u00e9pose, marquage au sol, rep\u00e8res, guides, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le robot est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9lectronique qui v\u00e9rifie en temps r\u00e9el que les capteurs et actionneurs sont fonctionnels et que les instructions donn\u00e9es sont correctement appliqu\u00e9es. Enfin, il est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de freinage dynamique Pld (EN ISO 13849) et un signal sonore (buzzer) avertit les collaborateurs de la pr\u00e9sence du robot. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses deux batteries (une par fourche), le Sherpa-F fonctionne sur une autonomie de 4h et atteint une charge de 100% en 1h30. Son \u00e9cran tactile permet \u00e0 l\u2019utilisateur de d\u00e9verrouiller et de lancer les s\u00e9quences sans avoir \u00e0 retirer ses EPI.
