En outre, le syst\u00e8me offre une intensit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de 30 \u00e0 50% sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9chage LED concurrents, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 25\u00a0W\/cm\u00b2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il emploie de 30 \u00e0 60% de lampes LED en moins pour obtenir la m\u00eame intensit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique que d\u2019autres syst\u00e8mes comparables. Le positionnement est ainsi am\u00e9lior\u00e9 et la distorsion du mat\u00e9riau est att\u00e9nu\u00e9e, ce qui favorise la qualit\u00e9 globale des imprim\u00e9s. Les \u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9nergie r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par rapport aux syst\u00e8mes UV conventionnels, ainsi qu\u2019aux syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9chage LED concurrents, sont consid\u00e9rables. La consommation de mat\u00e9riaux et le gaspillage sont \u00e9galement r\u00e9duits de mani\u00e8re significative, ce qui stimule la productivit\u00e9 globale et fait de ce syst\u00e8me une solution sans mercure extr\u00eamement durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de vie des LED allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 50\u00a0000\u00a0heures et d\u2019une longueur de lampes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 720\u00a0mm, extensible par paliers de 24\u00a0mm.
