Comment se positionne Antalis sur ce march\u00e9\u00a0?<\/em><\/strong><br>Antalis, filiale du fonds japonais KPP, est un acteur de renom de la distribution, structur\u00e9 autour de trois activit\u00e9s\u00a0: le papier, la communication visuelle et le packaging. Si le march\u00e9 historique, le papier, est en recul constant ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es en raison de changements d\u2019usage, le packaging et la communication visuelle sont des relais de croissance strat\u00e9gique pour le groupe. La France est un march\u00e9 dynamique important pour le packaging pour lequel nos ambitions l\u00e9gitimes sont importantes. J\u2019ai donc pour mission de changer de paradigme en doublant notre chiffre d\u2019affaires d\u2019ici cinq ans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Quels moyens sont ou seront d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s pour y parvenir\u00a0?<\/em><\/strong><br>Nous allons miser tout d\u2019abord sur de la croissance organique. Un programme de recrutement est en cours pour renforcer nos forces commerciales sur les r\u00e9gions Rh\u00f4ne-Alpes et Ile-de-France. Par ailleurs, de nouvelles surfaces logistiquessont en train d\u2019\u00eatre r\u00e9organis\u00e9es pour accompagner le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019activit\u00e9 emballage. Notre croissance passera \u00e9galement par de futures acquisitions sur le march\u00e9. L\u2019objectif est de gagner des parts de march\u00e9, afin de brasser plus de volumes, et gagner en efficience pour les achats, le stockage et le transport logistique.\u00a0Pour, in fine, offrir des produits \u00e0 forte valeur ajout\u00e9e. Deux autres sites en propre \u00e0 Bordeaux et \u00e0 Friville dans le nord de la France et un autre en sous-traitance \u00e0 Lyon compl\u00e8tent nos besoins. L\u2019activit\u00e9 packaging \u00e9tant diff\u00e9rente de celle du papier, nous avons r\u00e9organis\u00e9 nos flux logistiques ainsi que les emplacements d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 ces produits plus volumineux et encombrants. Au total, nous g\u00e9rons environ 4000 r\u00e9f\u00e9rences en stock, sans compter le sur-mesure et les commandes sp\u00e9ciales. En effet, nos clients nous demandent de plus en plus de formats sp\u00e9cifiques. Cette offre prend de l\u2019essor et s\u2019est r\u00e9cemment structur\u00e9e pour atteindre 20% de nos ventes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Quelles sont les attentes de vos clients aujourd\u2019hui en termes d\u2019emballages\u00a0?<\/em><\/strong><br>Antalis a un positionnement tr\u00e8s B to B aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un large panel de clients (e-commerce, logistique\/transport, automobile, alimentaire, pharmacie, cosm\u00e9tique, industrie, etc.) qui ont, pour la plupart, des besoins techniques assez sp\u00e9cifiques. Nous sommes r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement consult\u00e9s dans le cadre de projets de d\u00e9-plastification pour l\u2019industrie automobile, tester des associations consommables\/machines sur site ou bien sourcer des films plastiques techniques fins et performants. Nos clients attendent de nous que nous soyons force de proposition pour les accompagner \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux exigences environnementales r\u00e9glementaires et soci\u00e9tales et leur offrir des solutions adapt\u00e9es, recyclables ou r\u00e9utilisables. Nos \u00e9quipes peuvent s\u2019appuyer sur nos Design Centers pour concevoir des prototypes sp\u00e9cifiques. Ou encore organiser des audits de sites pour pr\u00e9coniser les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences les plus adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 leurs besoins logistiques ou encore RSE de nos clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>C\u00f4t\u00e9 produits, quelles sont les derni\u00e8res r\u00e9f\u00e9rences lanc\u00e9es\u00a0?<\/em><\/strong><br>Plusieurs solutions emballages s\u2019inscrivant dans la durabilit\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9coconception ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es, en substitution aux emballages plastiques. A l\u2019instar d\u2019un film bulles papier, une pochette porte-document 100% papier ou encore une pochette papier kraft aller\/retour. C\u00f4t\u00e9 palettisation, Paper Stretch Master\u2019in, alternative green au film \u00e9tirable plastique, suscite l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des marques de luxe ou encore des \u00e9quipementiers sportifs dont l\u2019image de marque est essentielle. Recommand\u00e9 pour les palettes l\u00e9g\u00e8res pour des exp\u00e9ditions directes, le stockage interne et l\u2019intralogistique, il fonctionne avec toutes les banderoleuses.
