Closing of this transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals. The transaction is part of Borealis\u2019 EverMinds\u2122commitment to accelerate the transition to a circular economy and represents another critical proof point of that ambition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based in Elin Pelin, Bulgaria, Integra Plastics AD operates a modern advanced mechanical recycling plant built in 2019 with state-of-the-art equipment.
