Schisler Packaging Solution, ETI familiale sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la fabrication et la commercialisation d\u2019emballages papier-carton pour les entreprises de restauration commerciale, ouvre son capital \u00e0 Unigrains, investisseur sectoriel sp\u00e9cialiste de l\u2019agroalimentaire et iXO Private Equity, acteur de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence du capital-investissement en r\u00e9gion, ceci \u00e0 parit\u00e9, dans le cadre d\u2019un processus interm\u00e9di\u00e9 par Messis Finance. Schisler propose \u00e0 ses clients \u2013 chaines de restauration rapide, BtoB, distributeurs, RHF\u2026 \u2013 une gamme compl\u00e8te, personnalisable et \u00e9co-responsable d\u2019emballages en papier-carton dont des sacs, des gobelets et couvercles ainsi que des wraps. Toute la production est centralis\u00e9e sur un site industriel unique, hautement performant, de 100&nbsp;000 m\u00b2 avec une centaine de lignes de production et un nouvel entrep\u00f4t qui pourra accueillir \u00e0 terme 25&nbsp;000 palettes.
