Les r\u00e9sultats des tests v\u00e9rifi\u00e9s confirment que sa technologie de presse num\u00e9rique AccurioJet KM-1e r\u00e9pond aux exigences futures concernant la teneur en huile min\u00e9rale pour les emballages alimentaires secondaires. Cette valeur est largement en dessous du niveau indiqu\u00e9 dans les directives.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La presse de production jet d&rsquo;encre UV LED en format B2 de Konica Minolta est reconnue pour sa haute stabilit\u00e9 d\u2019impression, sa polyvalence, sa pr\u00e9cision dans la couleur et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour les emballages alimentaires. Les mod\u00e8les KM-1e HD et KM-1e ont pass\u00e9 des tests rigoureux r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par PiCA (Pr\u00fcfinstitut Chemische Analytik). Les encres utilis\u00e9es par la presse (r\u00e9f\u00e9rences : HS101K, HS101C, HS101M, HS101Y) r\u00e9pondent aux exigences futures du d\u00e9cret fran\u00e7ais sur les huiles min\u00e9rales dans les emballages. Les r\u00e9glementations sp\u00e9cifiques sont \u00e9nonc\u00e9es dans le d\u00e9cret n\u00b0 2020-1725 du 29 d\u00e9cembre, pr\u00e9cis\u00e9es aux articles C. 543-45-1 et D. 543 du Code de l&rsquo;environnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, depuis janvier 2022, la France a interdit les huiles min\u00e9rales sur les emballages. Une r\u00e9glementation qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tendue un an plus tard pour inclure les supports publicitaires non adress\u00e9s et les catalogues pour les promotions commerciales. \u00c0 partir de janvier 2025, les huiles min\u00e9rales utilis\u00e9es pour l&rsquo;impression destin\u00e9e au grand public seront \u00e9galement interdites en France. Les substances d\u00e9j\u00e0 couvertes par l&rsquo;interdiction sont les hydrocarbures aromatiques (MOAH) des huiles min\u00e9rales comprenant de 1 \u00e0 7 cycles aromatiques, et les hydrocarbures satur\u00e9s (MOSH) des huiles min\u00e9rales avec 16 \u00e0 35 atomes de carbone. Ces r\u00e9glementations sur les encres deviendront encore plus restrictives d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but de 2025. Les experts du laboratoire PiCA, bas\u00e9s \u00e0 Berlin, ont confirm\u00e9 que les r\u00e9sultats des tests sur des \u00e9chantillons de mat\u00e9riaux imprim\u00e9s sur les presses Konica Minolta AccurioJet KM-1e et KM-1e HD remplissaient les exigences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La s\u00e9rie AccurioJet KM-1e de Konica Minolta combine les supports d&rsquo;impression et les caract\u00e9ristiques de stabilit\u00e9 d\u2019une presse offset avec les avantages de la derni\u00e8re technologie num\u00e9rique.
