Avec ces caract\u00e9ristiques, ce robot couvre une zone de travail qui lui permet d\u2019\u00eatre mis en \u0153uvre sur une diversit\u00e9 de processus automatis\u00e9s dans une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de secteurs industriels tels que la production d\u2019alimentation et de boissons, l\u2019automobile, la fabrication de batteries lithium-ion, la logistique et l\u2019entreposage. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les utilisateurs pourront \u00e9galement tirer parti de fonctions int\u00e9gr\u00e9es qui rationalisent sa mise en \u0153uvre, am\u00e9liorent la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et r\u00e9duisent les temps d\u2019arr\u00eat. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une importante capacit\u00e9 de charge et \u00e0 une port\u00e9e in\u00e9gal\u00e9e par les robots de sa cat\u00e9gorie, le dernier robot de la gamme Melfa se distingue par son extr\u00eame flexibilit\u00e9 et sa grande polyvalence qui l\u2019adapte parfaitement aux applications de pick-and-place ainsi qu\u2019aux op\u00e9rations d\u2019assemblage. Son bras \u00e9tant con\u00e7u pour supporter de fortes inerties et d\u2019importantes acc\u00e9l\u00e9rations, le robot RV-12CRL peut op\u00e9rer \u00e0 grande vitesse tout en garantissant un positionnement pr\u00e9cis m\u00eame lorsqu\u2019il manipule de lourdes charges, en assurant une pr\u00e9cision de \u00b10,04 mm. Le robot \u00e0 six axes peut \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me Melfa SafePlus afin d\u2019int\u00e9grer davantage de fonctions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. L\u2019utilisation de syst\u00e8mes de d\u00e9tection tels que des barri\u00e8res immat\u00e9rielles permet de limiter la vitesse, le couple et la port\u00e9e lorsque des op\u00e9rateurs sont rep\u00e9r\u00e9s dans son environnement. Ce qui lui permet de fonctionner sans \u00eatre enferm\u00e9 dans une enceinte de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 op\u00e9rer en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans des espaces partag\u00e9s sans devoir s\u2019arr\u00eater \u00e0 l\u2019approche d\u2019un op\u00e9rateur, le robot permet aux lignes de production flexibles de gagner en efficacit\u00e9.
