Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 permet le pr\u00e9traitement des emballages en carton et des bo\u00eetes pliantes avant le collage et l&rsquo;impression.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le collage et l&rsquo;impression de bo\u00eetes pliantes d\u00e9j\u00e0 finies (avec vernis UV ou laminage d&rsquo;un film) rev\u00eatent une importance particuli\u00e8re dans les processus industriels. En effet, aujourd&rsquo;hui les bo\u00eetes pliantes et les emballages en carton modernes sont produits avec des feuilles imprim\u00e9es, affin\u00e9es, coup\u00e9es et pli\u00e9es en feuilles ou en rouleau dans une plieuse, avant d&rsquo;\u00eatre pr\u00e9-coll\u00e9es par le fabricant. Cette op\u00e9ration est accomplie par des encolleuses de haute performance avec des vitesses allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 600 m\/mn. L&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;adh\u00e9sifs \u00e0 froid permet sans probl\u00e8me une adh\u00e9rence directe sur les cartons sans vernissage. Cependant, si le produit a d\u00e9j\u00e0 des finitions sp\u00e9ciales telles qu&rsquo;un vernis ou un film lamin\u00e9, les zones qui doivent \u00eatre ensuite coll\u00e9es (comme la couture longitudinale ou le rabat inf\u00e9rieur) ou imprim\u00e9es ult\u00e9rieurement (par exemple pour le remplissage ou les dates de p\u00e9remption) n\u00e9cessitent un traitement pr\u00e9alable pour \u00eatre rendues rugueuses en utilisant un processus complexe m\u00e9canique dans des machines s\u00e9par\u00e9es par fraisage, meulage ou brossage. Dans le cas contraire, ces endroits doivent \u00eatre masqu\u00e9s \u00e0 grands frais dans le scellage lors du processus de finition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;int\u00e9gration d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me automatis\u00e9 Openair-Plasma\u00ae simplifie consid\u00e9rablement ce processus car les buses de plasma sont install\u00e9es directement dans la machine encolleuse et donc int\u00e9gr\u00e9es directement dans les lignes de production. Les bo\u00eetes pliantes et les cartons d&#8217;emballage sont ainsi pr\u00e9trait\u00e9s directement et \u00e0 grande vitesse au cours du processus de fabrication dans les zones qui doivent \u00eatre imprim\u00e9es individuellement ou ult\u00e9rieurement, ou encore dans les zones de joints adh\u00e9sifs et des coutures coll\u00e9es. Les autres proc\u00e9d\u00e9s sont donc remplac\u00e9s par le syst\u00e8me plasma. Ainsi, l&rsquo;augmentation de la tension de surface est suffisante pour augmenter consid\u00e9rablement la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;adh\u00e9rence, la colle \u00e0 froid qui est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9e adh\u00e8re sans probl\u00e8me ind\u00e9pendamment du laquage et de l\u00b4\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de la surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, en combinant le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 Openair-Plasma\u00ae avec l&rsquo;Unit\u00e9 de Contr\u00f4le du Plasma (PCU &#8211; Plasma Control Unit) de Plasmatreat, une fiabilit\u00e9 et une reproductibilit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9es du processus de traitement peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre assur\u00e9es pour les lots suivants. En effet, dans la PCU, l&rsquo;utilisateur dispose de plusieurs modules d&rsquo;assurance qualit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifiquement adapt\u00e9s au traitement au plasma, tels que le module de puissance plasma (PPM), qui enregistre les valeurs de courant et de tension directement au niveau de la t\u00eate de la buse. Le module de contr\u00f4le de la lumi\u00e8re (LCM) surveille en permanence la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de plasma. En outre, le module de contr\u00f4le de d\u00e9bit (FCM) ajuste en permanence le d\u00e9bit du gaz de proc\u00e9d\u00e9 aux conditions du process. Ainsi, non seulement les donn\u00e9es de production, mais \u00e9galement les donn\u00e9es de maintenance pr\u00e9dictive sont enregistr\u00e9es en continu, garantissant ainsi une production fluide et reproductible. Plasmatreat peut ainsi garantir que chaque composant d&rsquo;un processus est trait\u00e9 avec la m\u00eame intensit\u00e9 de plasma et que la m\u00eame qualit\u00e9 est obtenue sur toutes les lignes de production. De plus, par rapport \u00e0 d\u2019autres m\u00e9thodes de pr\u00e9traitement telles que le traitement \u00e0 la flamme ou les promoteurs d\u2019adh\u00e9sion, les fabricants peuvent r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement leur empreinte carbone en utilisant la technologie plasma qui n\u00e9cessite g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement uniquement de l\u2019air comprim\u00e9 et de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00e0 la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration du plasma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plasmatreat a profit\u00e9 de la Drupa 2024 pour faire d\u00e9couvrir en direct l&rsquo;application de pr\u00e9traitement Openair-Plasma\u00ae sur des emballages en carton et des bo\u00eetes pliantes ainsi que l&rsquo;impression ult\u00e9rieure d&rsquo;un QR code sur une petite bo\u00eete pliante pour sucettes, finie avec un vernis UV. D&rsquo;un point de vue technique, ce syst\u00e8me, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 avec le fournisseur n\u00e9erlandais de solutions jet d&rsquo;encre DJM, utilise la matrice \u00e0 fente large des buses plasma PFW70 et PFW100 de Plasmatreat pour les applications larges ou sur toute la surface. Les buses PFW70 et PFW100 assurent un pr\u00e9traitement uniforme sur une largeur de 70 \u00e0 100 mm par buse plasma \u00e0 des vitesses relatives allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 200 m\/min.
