L&rsquo;int\u00e9grateur global de robotique AWL propose avec RODE une solution de d\u00e9palettisation intelligente \u2013 utilis\u00e9e par exemple par DHL eCommerce \u00e0 Rotterdam &#8211; les donn\u00e9es d&rsquo;image n\u00e9cessaires sont fournies par deux cam\u00e9ras Ensenso 3D d\u2019IDS Imaging Development Systems.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RODE, acronyme de RObotic DEpalletizer, est un produit phare d&rsquo;AWL pour le march\u00e9 de l&rsquo;intralogistique. La solution robotique est capable de traiter efficacement des paquets dispos\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re al\u00e9atoire sur une palette, ce qui la distingue des syst\u00e8mes traditionnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9palettiseur intelligent et robotis\u00e9 d\u00e9pile donc automatiquement tous les produits emball\u00e9s tels que les cartons, les sacs ou les conteneurs des palettes et assure ainsi leur traitement en continu, sans retard ni temps d&rsquo;arr\u00eat. Il est \u00e9galement possible de mettre en place \u00e0 tout moment des \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9quipes suppl\u00e9mentaires\u00a0\u00bb aux heures de pointe, par exemple pour faire face \u00e0 l&rsquo;augmentation du volume de travail pendant la p\u00e9riode de No\u00ebl. Le personnel est ainsi lib\u00e9r\u00e9 pour des t\u00e2ches plus qualifi\u00e9es, comme le traitement ult\u00e9rieur des envois ou le traitement des demandes des clients. La difficult\u00e9 particuli\u00e8re r\u00e9side ici dans la pr\u00e9paration par le robot de commandes de paquets de tailles et de poids vari\u00e9s. Il doit reconna\u00eetre de mani\u00e8re autonome la position des objets dans l&rsquo;espace tridimensionnel et d\u00e9cider quel paquet doit \u00eatre saisi ensuite. Il doit alors d\u00e9terminer la meilleure position de pr\u00e9hension et \u00e9viter les collisions avec d&rsquo;autres paquets ou la machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Cette solution robotique intelligente combine le traitement d&rsquo;images par IA et la technologie de pr\u00e9hension de pointe. Le syst\u00e8me reconna\u00eet les produits et peut les retourner pour s&rsquo;assurer que le c\u00f4t\u00e9 long requis est toujours orient\u00e9 vers l&rsquo;avant&nbsp;\u00bb, explique Sander Lensen, responsable R&amp;D chez AWL. Deux cam\u00e9ras 3D Ensenso de type X36 fournissent les donn\u00e9es d&rsquo;image n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 cet effet. Ils sont capables de fournir des informations robustes en 2D et 3D sur des produits plac\u00e9s sur une palette de taille 1200 x 1200 mm et de hauteur maximale de 2400 mm. Le syst\u00e8me de vision int\u00e9gr\u00e9 les traite ensuite et permet au d\u00e9palettiseur de reconna\u00eetre chaque paquet et de d\u00e9finir la position de pr\u00e9hension correspondante &#8211; pour une pr\u00e9paration de commandes robotis\u00e9e et robuste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque syst\u00e8me de cam\u00e9ra 3D Ensenso X36 se compose d\u2019un projecteur et de deux cam\u00e9ras GigE munies, au choix, de capteurs CMOS de 1,6 MP ou 5 MP. Pour sa solution, AWL a opt\u00e9 pour la version 5 MP. Les supports de montage et de r\u00e9glage, trois objectifs ainsi que les c\u00e2bles de synchronisation et de raccordement pour connecter les cam\u00e9ras au projecteur sont \u00e9galement inclus dans la livraison. La technologie FlexView2 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e offre une r\u00e9solution spatiale encore meilleure de m\u00eame qu\u2019une tr\u00e8s grande robustesse du syst\u00e8me en pr\u00e9sence de surfaces sombres ou r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissantes. Les syst\u00e8mes de cam\u00e9ra Ensenso sont livr\u00e9s mont\u00e9s et calibr\u00e9s. Gr\u00e2ce aux assistants d\u2019installation int\u00e9gr\u00e9s au logiciel, la mise au point et le calibrage sont faciles \u00e0 configurer et \u00e0 utiliser.
