Cette collaboration ambitionne de d\u00e9velopper un d\u00e9monstrateur industriel de purification des plastiques recycl\u00e9s par CO<sub>2<\/sub> supercritique et de commercialiser cette technologie \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle vient combler un vide technique alors que les technologies de recyclage m\u00e9canique actuelles ne permettent pas encore d\u2019atteindre la puret\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire pour le contact alimentaire des PP\/PE, et les technologies de recyclage chimique ne sont pas encore suffisamment d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins.<br>L\u2019initiative est n\u00e9e du projet SUPErPE (2020-2023) financ\u00e9 par Citeo, IPC et ses partenaires (Groupe Barbier, Alb\u00e9a, IFS, CTCPA et l\u2019UMR IMP) o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu\u2019il est possible de purifier les PE\/PP recycl\u00e9s au niveau requis pour un retour au contact alimentaire. Fort de ces r\u00e9sultats, IPC a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de poursuivre ses recherches sur la purification des plastiques recycl\u00e9s par CO<sub>2<\/sub> supercritique en s\u2019\u00e9quipant d\u2019une machine semi-industrielle produite par SFE Process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins industriels de la fili\u00e8re, SFE Process et IPC ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019aller plus loin encore en signant un contrat de collaboration exclusif pour cr\u00e9er rapidement une start-up. Cette derni\u00e8re visera \u00e0 commercialiser des syst\u00e8mes industriels cl\u00e9 en main de purification de plastiques recycl\u00e9s par CO<sub>2<\/sub> supercritique afin de garantir leur retour au contact alimentaire.
