Un test de mise en \u0153uvre industrielle du vernis Uvltimate sur une ligne de production industrielle du verrier Stoelzle Masni\u00e8res a \u00e9t\u00e9 pass\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Capitalisant sur plus de dix ans de recherche sur les bo\u00eetes quantiques, Nexdot con\u00e7oit des vernis innovants, int\u00e9grant des nanocristaux, qui absorbent les rayons ultra-violets (A, B et C), sans aucun impact sur le spectre de la lumi\u00e8re visible. Les flacons trait\u00e9s restent donc parfaitement transparents, sans dominante color\u00e9e. Les mol\u00e9cules les plus importantes employ\u00e9es par les parfumeurs et les fabricants de cosm\u00e9tiques, en particulier celles d&rsquo;origine naturelle, sont rapidement d\u00e9grad\u00e9es lors d&rsquo;une exposition au rayonnement ultra-violet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sans protection, un parfum, par exemple, perdrait sa couleur suite \u00e0 une exposition prolong\u00e9e \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re du soleil, et sa signature olfactive serait modifi\u00e9e. Les formulateurs se voient ainsi oblig\u00e9s d\u2019int\u00e9grer des additifs \u00e0 leurs formules produits pour prot\u00e9ger et stabiliser les mol\u00e9cules actives fragiles. Si des vernis organiques anti-UV sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 appliqu\u00e9s sur certains flacons pour diminuer l&rsquo;exposition aux rayons ultra-violets, leur efficacit\u00e9 n&rsquo;est pas suffisante pour permettre une r\u00e9duction significative de l&#8217;emploi d&rsquo;additifs dans les formulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les vernis Nexdot, qui filtrent les UV gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des particules min\u00e9rales, affichent une absorbance eut \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9e \u00e0 fa\u00e7on pour \u00eatre totale sur l&rsquo;ensemble du spectre UV, avec une pente de coupure tr\u00e8s forte qui \u00e9vite le d\u00e9bordement sur la lumi\u00e8re bleue. Appliqu\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur des flacons contenant les parfums par exemple, sans contact avec le contenu, ils sont non-toxiques, respectueux de l&rsquo;environnement, et leur parfaite transparence permet le recyclage des flacons sans aucun impact sur la cha\u00eene industrielle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec plus de 1 500 flacons trait\u00e9s par la cha\u00eene de production, le test a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 la capacit\u00e9 de Nexdot \u00e0 proposer \u00e0 tr\u00e8s grande \u00e9chelle cette solution de protection des formulations contre le rayonnement ultra-violet. L&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 des vernis Nexdot permettra aux formulateurs, de diminuer ou supprimer l&#8217;emploi d&rsquo;additifs destin\u00e9s \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger les mol\u00e9cules sensibles aux UV (odeur, couleur, principes actifs) dans leurs produits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fond\u00e9e en 2010 \u00e0 l&rsquo;initiative de Maurice Guillou (ex DGA de Spie batignolles) et Benoit Dubertret (Directeur de Recherche au CNRS), la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Nexdot d\u00e9veloppe des applications industrielles en France \u00e0 partir des r\u00e9sultats de la recherche fondamentale de Benoit Dubertret sur les quantum-dots, ou bo\u00eetes quantiques.
