Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de recyclage chimique est d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 tous types de d\u00e9chets en PET, en particulier ceux qui sont difficiles \u00e0 recycler m\u00e9caniquement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec de l\u2019Ademe, cette collaboration a abouti \u00e0 la construction, \u00e0 la mise en service et au d\u00e9marrage de l\u2019unit\u00e9 semi-industrielle Rewind\u00ae PET en 2023. L\u2019homologation et le lancement commercial Rewind\u00ae PET font suite \u00e0 l\u2019issue positive d\u2019un programme de tests \u00e0 large \u00e9chelle r\u00e9alis\u00e9s pendant une ann\u00e9e enti\u00e8re au sein du d\u00e9monstrateur. Ce programme de tests a valid\u00e9 l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et la fiabilit\u00e9 du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 tout en traitant des d\u00e9chets de PET post-consommation. Des r\u00e9sultats et un lancement qui interviennent dans les temps, conform\u00e9ment aux ambitions annonc\u00e9es par les trois partenaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La licence Rewind\u00ae PET inclut la conception de base du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 (\u00e9ventuellement modulable), des garanties de performance, la fourniture d\u2019\u00e9quipements propri\u00e9taires et une assistance technique pour le d\u00e9marrage et l\u2019exploitation des unit\u00e9s industrielles de ses clients. Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 implique la d\u00e9polym\u00e9risation continue du PET par glycolyse, suivie d\u2019une purification approfondie du monom\u00e8re obtenu, le BHET (Bis(2-Hydroxy\u00e9thyl) t\u00e9r\u00e9phtalate). Son principal avantage pour les fabricants r\u00e9side dans sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u00e9parer tous les additifs et colorants pour restaurer un monom\u00e8re BHET pur, qui peut \u00eatre facilement polym\u00e9ris\u00e9 \u00e0 nouveau dans des usines de polym\u00e9risation existantes (ou nouvelles).
