Objectif\u00a0: produire et commercialiser des films souffl\u00e9s et plats en PE orient\u00e9, recyclables et \u00e0 un co\u00fbt comp\u00e9titif tout en \u00e9tablissant de nouvelles normes en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9duction d\u2019\u00e9paisseur. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En mai 2024, les entreprises avaient pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le premier film MDO-PE au monde de seulement 18 microm\u00e8tres, produit sur une ligne de film souffl\u00e9 EVO Ultra Stretch de Reifenh\u00e4user avec des mat\u00e9riaux PE sp\u00e9cialement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s. Un r\u00e9sultat encore perfectible : \u00abla limite de r\u00e9duction de l\u2019\u00e9paisseur n\u2019est pas encore atteinte\u00bb, d\u00e9clare Christoph Lettowsky, responsable technique des ventes chez Reifenh\u00e4user Blown Film. \u00abGr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre unit\u00e9 MDO Ultra Stretch int\u00e9gr\u00e9e directement dans la ligne de tirage de la ligne, le film est \u00e9tir\u00e9 d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re chauffe. Cela rend le processus particuli\u00e8rement stable, ce qui est souvent le facteur limitant pour la r\u00e9duction de la mati\u00e8re. Nous voyons donc encore plus de possibilit\u00e9s, que nous exploiterons \u00e0 l\u2019avenir en combinaison avec d\u2019autres d\u00e9veloppements de recettes pour des films encore plus fins\u00bb.
