Le chimiste a r\u00e9cemment obtenu la certification ISCC PLUS pour ces nouveaux polym\u00e8res. Objectif&nbsp;: offrir des solutions de rev\u00eatements plus durables au march\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, seront mises en avant pour la premi\u00e8re fois trois grades MOWITAL\u00ae certifi\u00e9s ISCC PLUS : les produits MOWITAL\u00ae B14S, B16H et B20H. Fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 Francfort, ces produits sont d\u00e9sormais disponibles, sur demande, dans une variante dont la durabilit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 certifi\u00e9e par un organisme ind\u00e9pendant. Les deux produits MOWITAL\u00ae \u00e0 tr\u00e8s faible viscosit\u00e9, B14S et B16H, sont couramment utilis\u00e9s comme liants dans les encres d&rsquo;impression. Le B16H se distingue \u00e9galement par son adaptabilit\u00e9 aux encres destin\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;impression flexographique et h\u00e9liogravure. Quant au MOWITAL\u00ae B20H, il est non seulement employ\u00e9 dans les encres d&rsquo;impression, mais il trouve \u00e9galement une large application dans les rev\u00eatements. En effet, le B20H offre une excellente compatibilit\u00e9 avec les r\u00e9sines ph\u00e9noliques et se caract\u00e9rise par une adh\u00e9sion remarquable aux surfaces m\u00e9talliques, telles que l\u2019acier, le fer, le zinc et l\u2019aluminium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des polyvinylalcohols bio-circulaires (PVOH\/PVA), Kuraray offre depuis octobre 2024, un portefeuille de produits KURARAY POVAL\u2122 bio-circulaires b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d&rsquo;une certification officielle ISCC PLUS, garantissant leur conformit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de bio-circularit\u00e9. Kuraray r\u00e9alise \u00e9galement depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es des analyses de cycle de vie (ACV) pour sa production de KURARAY POVAL\u2122, permettant de calculer avec pr\u00e9cision l&#8217;empreinte carbone des polym\u00e8res. Pour l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2023, l&rsquo;ACV s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 2,36 \u00e9quivalents CO<sub>2<\/sub>. Toutefois, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration du portefeuille bio-circulaire, il est pr\u00e9vu que cette valeur, d\u00e9j\u00e0 faible, diminue de plus de 25 % pour l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e de rapport 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, lors de l&rsquo;ECS, Kuraray pr\u00e9sentera une nouvelle variante d&rsquo;EXCEVAL\u2122 : l&rsquo;OKE 975. Ce produit a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u dans le but de faciliter son traitement pour les utilisateurs. Le polyvinylalcohol modifi\u00e9 EXCEVAL\u2122 OKE 975 offre en effet une meilleure conservation en solution par rapport aux versions pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, m\u00eame pendant une \u00e0 deux semaines, ce qui apporte une plus grande flexibilit\u00e9 dans les processus de fabrication. Les \u00e9mulsions de PVOH\/PVA r\u00e9sistantes \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau de la gamme EXCEVAL\u2122 sont utilis\u00e9es dans la fabrication de peintures et de rev\u00eatements pour les emballages alimentaires en papier ou plastique, o\u00f9 EXCEVAL\u2122 agit comme une couche barri\u00e8re fine et \u00e9conomique.
