{"id":43534,"date":"2025-02-10T00:03:39","date_gmt":"2025-02-09T23:03:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/?p=43534"},"modified":"2025-02-10T00:03:41","modified_gmt":"2025-02-09T23:03:41","slug":"charwood-energy-va-alimenter-en-syngaz-le-four-3-de-lusine-verallia-de-cognac","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.emballagedigest.fr\/en\/charwood-energy-va-alimenter-en-syngaz-le-four-3-de-lusine-verallia-de-cognac\/","title":{"rendered":"Charwood Energy va alimenter en syngaz le four 3 de l\u2019usine Verallia de Cognac"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Verallia France, filiale du Groupe Verallia et Charwood Energy sp\u00e9cialiste fran\u00e7ais des solutions sur mesure de valorisation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de la biomasse, annoncent la signature d\u2019un contrat de vente de syngaz d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de 21 ans.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sign\u00e9 le 31 janvier 2025 sous la forme d\u2019un corporate PPA<a><\/a><a href=\"#_ftn1\"><\/a>, ce contrat porte sur la construction et l\u2019exploitation, au sein de l\u2019usine Verallia de Cognac, d\u2019une centrale de production de syngaz, gaz vert g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par pyrogaz\u00e9ification de biomasse, que Charwood Energy d\u00e9tiendra en propre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce partenariat participe \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de la strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9carbonation de Verallia, \u00e0 savoir&nbsp;la r\u00e9duction de 46% des \u00e9missions des scopes 1 et 2 en valeur absolue d\u2019ici 2030 par rapport \u00e0 2019 (Valid\u00e9 par SBTI \u2013 Science Based Targets Initiative)&nbsp;; l\u2019objectif net z\u00e9ro pour les \u00e9missions des scopes 1 et 2 en 2050&nbsp;; et le maintien des \u00e9missions du scope 3 sous 40% du total des \u00e9missions du groupe en 2030. Le d\u00e9marrage de la construction de la centrale sur le site de Verallia \u00e0 Cognac est programm\u00e9 pour le 1<sup>er<\/sup> semestre 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa mise en service, anticip\u00e9e au 1<sup>er<\/sup> trimestre 2027, permettra d\u2019approvisionner Verallia en syngaz pour alimenter l\u2019un des trois fours du site de Cognac, se substituant \u00e0 20% de sa consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie fossile. Avec une production de 30 Gwh\/ an, elle n\u00e9cessitera 8&nbsp;000 tonnes de biomasse produite dans un rayonnement de 100 km autour du site de Verallia. Cette centrale de production de syngaz permettra \u00e0 Verallia d\u2019\u00e9conomiser 6 000 tonnes de CO<sub>2<\/sub> par an, soit 84,5% de d\u00e9carbonation par rapport au gaz naturel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, le projet permettra la cr\u00e9ation de cinq emplois directs sur le site de Cognac pour l\u2019exploitation et la maintenance des installations, ainsi que huit emplois induits li\u00e9s notamment \u00e0 l\u2019approvisionnement de biomasse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019investissement est port\u00e9 par Charwood Energy et le fonds Eiffel Gaz Vert au travers de leur filiale commune W&amp;nergy. Ce projet a re\u00e7u une subvention de l\u2019Ademe dans le cadre de l\u2019appel \u00e0 projet \u00ab&nbsp;D\u00e9carb\u2019ind&nbsp;\u00bb et de la r\u00e9gion Nouvelle&nbsp;Aquitaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;La verrerie de Cognac va \u00eatre le seul site en France op\u00e9rant avec 2 technologies innovantes de d\u00e9carbonation&nbsp;: le plus grand four 100% \u00e9lectrique au monde pour le verre alimentaire et une \u00e9nergie renouvelable issue de la biomasse qui se substituera \u00e0 hauteur de 20% \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9nergie fossile du four 3.
